Just had a waxing appointment and fantastic experience. Therapist was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable throughout the treatment. The treatment room and the salon generally are very tidy. Treatment was painless.
Will definitely book more treatment and I highly recommend this saloon. 5*

If I could give zero I would. I Hardly ever leave reviews, but this is necessary.

Booked my appointment in the phone at which point the lady on the phone had an attitude which I put down to her having a bad day.

I have attended for my treatment today after driving over an hour to get there to find the shop locked up in darkness.

When I called the mobile again the same lady asked me to wait outside for her colleague, I waited over ten minutes in the cold, called again at which time she stated "you've only been waiting for 12 minutes".

There is clearly no concept of customer service with this business. The lady on the phone lacks basic manners and respect for her customers time.

This business deserves 0 stars. I am finally able to post this review three years later- in the hopes of helping others. I came into this salon for a hydra facial. During the appt, the employee encouraged me to get micro needling. I listened, unfortunately.

Apparently, after consulting with a dermatologist, you are NOT supposed to get both done in the same day. I have an expert opinion now, that they think the employee micro-needled serum from the facial into my skin and therefore, my entire face had a granulomatous reaction. Basically, the micro needling damaged my face so badly that I had an immune system response.

It took years of doctors visits, steroids, biopsies, lasers, and of course, all with a lot of emotional stress, to get my skin back under control. I was put on serious immunosuppressants.

Bottom line- not qualified or regulated. Be careful and I hope others don’t have to go through what I did as a result of this post.

I have never left a bad review on google before knowing its impacts on the business, but honestly, this place have got to my nerves.

I’ve had multiple issues about booking and rudeness but today was unbelievable. I booked my last session (finally) for laser hair removal at 14:30 two weeks in advance to make sure I would get the slot I needed.

Two days before she asked me to go at 16:00, I had to change 2 other appointments to go at 16:00 but I agreed to. After 1 hour she said “it actually needs to be 16:30” . I was angry but ok.

A day before she asked if I could go at 17:00 and I said that I have changed 2 other appointments so I needed to stay with the booking at 16:00/16:30. She replied rudely saying the staff would come only for my appointment so it had to be 17:00 or I could change to next week (which I’m not available by the way). Appointment booked for 17:00.

Guess what?? I went there at 17:00 and THE SALON WAS CLOSED. I called her , she then called the her staff who was not picking up. I told I would wait for a response in 10 minutes. After 10 minutes she called me saying her staff was coming, but when I asked how many minutes, she simply said she had no idea.

After waiting 25 minutes and after all the stress caused by her, I just went home and told her I couldn’t wait anymore.

I was going there because of the price but trust me, it’s not worth it.

I, as well as my daughter, regularly visit the salon and have a great experience every time.
Lovely manager, very kind and helpful staff who do an excellent job.

This was one of the most unprofessional salon experiences I’ve ever had. My original appointment was for 11:15, but I got a call at 9:30 asking me to come for 10:30 instead or my appointment would be cancelled. I arrived at 10:20 and didn’t leave until 11:45. This was only supposed to be a 30 Minute appointment.

The first therapist only gave me a basic bikini wax before stopping. She admitted she hadn’t done Hollywood waxing in 10 years and even said she shouldn’t have been booked for the treatment. When I asked if someone else could finish, she called a friend and moved me into another room while I was left half undressed and waiting for the friend to arrive.

The first therapist repeatedly tried to pressure me into booking laser hair removal, she was persistent, even mentioning me booking in as I left. The second therapist gave me a patchy Hollywood wax and
also blew on my intimate area, which was extremely unhygienic and made me uncomfortable.

The whole experience was stressful, unprofessional, and very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this salon.

Awful service. I should have read the reviews before going!! The receptionist is horrible - really rude. She barely spoke to me - barked at me to sit and then ate her smelly food in the tiny reception area - she then had a row with a man (not a customer) in front of me. Not relaxing vibes AT ALL ahead of a massage. I walked out - such an awful environment.

From reading all the comments it seems there is no intention to improve the service here. STAY AWAY!
