I am writing to express my disappointment with the nail service I received at your salon on Friday. Unfortunately, the work was of very poor quality. My nails were left crooked, uneven, and with visible ridges, looking like waves. This is not what I expected from a professional salon.

I paid £40 for the service, but what I received was unacceptable and feels like a lack of respect towards me as a customer. I only noticed the problem properly once I had left the salon and was on my way to work.

I am very upset with the lack of professionalism shown, and I would like this issue to be addressed. Please let me know how you intend to resolve this situation

Firsr time I have been here and I am not impressed to say the least, i asked for simple French tip and they are not straight, she kept filling my skin, it was awful. Do not recommend

Awful woman, she cut my finger while filing and then blamed me because I was bleeding. When I told her that she was rushing between myself and another client she got very angry and started shouting at me. Unacceptable behaviour, no apology whatsoever. Very arrogant and disrespectful. Unprofessional, never going back again

Sam is a brilliant nail tech, she’s super helpful when I don’t know what design to go for and comes up with great ideas. She’s always got a smile on her face and makes you feel right at home. I would highly recommend Sam

Absolutely fantastic. Today was my first time visiting Sam's Nails salon (I had a bad previous experience at a different nail salon in the past and it put me off for a while - I am glad I tried this place!). The shop is large and clean, plenty of natural light. Sam and her sister are super friendly and professional, you can see they have plenty of experience as nail technicians. The pedicure was fantastic, I have pretty "rough" feet as I play a lot of football, so I was in dire need of a good pedicure. My feet have never looked better, or felt softer! I also noticed they have lots of regulars that come to the shop, so you know it's the mark of a reliable and professional business. Definitely recommended, and I'll be back!

Sam and her team have been doing my nails for the best part of a decade now and they always look fantastic. She is always able to execute what I’m looking for but even better! All of her colour and style suggestions have been perfect! Not only is she technically fantastic, but she’s always so smiley and kind. Very family friendly. It’s truly a high point of my day when I go and see! Even both my toddler and our dog look forward to our visits there.

Love my nails. Have been going to Sam's for some time now. Sam and Hannah (her sister) are both really good and the my nails last a long time. Always accommodating and very attentive.

Sam is being doing my nails since lockdown and Iove it. I only do shellac on my natural nails and they grew a lot ! Most of the colours last for more than 3 weeks. My local nail salon 💅🏻
