Jyoti was exceptional! I initially booked a crystal facial, but after assessing my skin, she recommended a deep facial cleansing instead and I’m so glad she did.
My skin looked radiant immediately after the treatment, and the blackheads on my nose (which I’ve had for over 20 years!) were completely gone. I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

I visited Nara Simone today for a PRP microneedling treatment and had a really positive experience from start to finish.

My appointment was with Drew, one of their aesthetic practitioners. We began with a proper consultation where we talked through my concerns and what I was hoping to improve. I completed the necessary documentation, and Drew carefully explained exactly what the procedure involved so I fully understood what would happen before deciding to proceed.

The treatment itself started with a gentle facial cleanse followed by the application of a topical numbing cream to keep everything comfortable. While the numbing cream was working, Drew took a small blood sample which was placed into a centrifuge machine that separates the platelet-rich plasma from the red blood cells.

That plasma is then used during the microneedling treatment, which creates tiny controlled micro-channels in the skin. The idea is that the microneedling stimulates the skin’s natural healing response and collagen production, while the platelet-rich plasma — which contains your body’s own growth factors — helps support regeneration and repair. I personally love treatments that work with your body’s own biology rather than introducing lots of external products.

The whole appointment was surprisingly quick — probably around 45 minutes to an hour from start to finish.

Afterwards, Drew applied a cooling aloe vera gel and gave very clear aftercare instructions: no makeup for the rest of the day, avoid touching or washing the face that evening, and simply allow the skin to begin the healing process. Normal activities can resume the following day.

Immediately after the treatment the skin felt tight and warm — very similar to the sensation of mild sunburn, like when you’ve been skiing or out in strong sun. It looked a little red but not alarming, and I was perfectly comfortable walking home with sunglasses on. That said, I probably wouldn’t schedule this on a day when you’re planning to go out in the evening — it’s better suited to a quiet night in so your skin can settle.

Overall, it was a very professional, calm and thorough experience. Drew took time to explain everything clearly, the treatment was efficient, and the clinic environment felt very reassuring.

I’m a big believer in treatments that support the body’s natural repair processes, so PRP microneedling feels like a very intelligent approach to skin rejuvenation. For anyone considering it, I would definitely recommend the team at Nara Simone.

For those looking at colon hydrotherapy - I want to share as it's really important to me too to have someone you trust.

The practitioner was friendly, communicative but also very professional and made it very safe and easy. She helped me with all my questions and recommended long term steps to help with aftercare.

I've been going to Nara Simone for quite a few years now. Mainly to have my eyebrows shaped and tinted, and occasionally to get my lashes tinted or my legs waxed. I have always had a fantastic experience here with all the employees. And I do have to shout out Joanna because she always leaves my eyebrows looking fleek! Its a lovely clinic with lovely staff and the prices are fair for the service offered. I'm sure I'll continue to visit Nara's for the foreseeable future.

Way too much was taken off the front of my eyebrow! Went in to get them tidied up and Johti has taken so much off the front of my right eyebrow. Was in a bit of shock when I looked in the mirror and should have sent something but didn’t. The damage had already been done anyway. Really really disappointed and I won’t return. Top images are my eyebrows today after the wax and bottom are my eyebrows just days ago :(
