Google Been here twice recently , once manicure was done by Zhenya and she has severely damaged my nail plates (all of them) , I am still dealing with the consequences. Massage appointment I had was also a disaster- no dedicated massage table or room for that procedure, Alex was very late for the slot I booked and didn’t give me a warning about that. Overall I would not recommend this place, unless you feel adventurous. I would also like to request a financial compensation from the salon for my damaged nails.

Google I don't usually leave reviews, but after seeing a recent negative one, I felt I should share my experiences. I've been coming to this salon for over a year for different treatments, including nails and have always had consistently great results. The staff are skilled, kind and genuinely care about their work. Personally my nails have always been done to a very high standard. Everyone's experiences can differ, but based on mine, I would absolutely recommend this place. 😀

Google I made an appointment for an elderly neighbour for a wash and blow dry under my name as she was not comfortable using a mobile phone and texting. I had even arranged for an Uber to pick her up at 12.45 pm. The appointment was made on Wednesday 11 February for 1 pm on Saturday 14 February. I received a text from Treatwell on Saturday 14 February morning confirming the appointment. At 11.37 am, I received a text from Sue (the hairdresser) - “Good morning , sorry we need to cancel your appointment, sorry for the inconvenience
Lenoks centre” cancelling the appointment without any explanation. For Sue to cancel an appointment at such short notice, I am sure there was a perfectly good reason but it would have been far more courteous for her to ring and explain and try to reschedule. Needless to say, it caused disappointment and inconvenience for my elderly neighbour.

We are genuinely sorry for the short notice cancellation and the inconvenience this caused. On this occasion, an unexpected staffing matter meant we were unable to carry out the service as planned. As the situation arose that morning, we contacted clients as soon as possible.
We understand that additional arrangements had been made and appreciate how disappointing this must have been. While cancellations are rare, when unavoidable circumstances occur we prioritise informing clients promptly.
We would still be very happy to assist your neighbour with a future booking and ensure the experience is smooth and well organised.

Google Last week, I had a great massage- my first Lomi Lomi massage by Alex. I really enjoyed it and came back week later for a drainage massage which was also very good! Highly recommend Ales if you want to give your body some care and relax after your day

Google I have been undergoing laser hair removal treatments for over 15 years and am very familiar with the expected results. I had a session two weeks ago, and unfortunately, there has been no visible reduction in hair — not a single hair has shed. This experience has been both disappointing and frustrating, as it felt like a complete waste of time and money, as I paid £55. Based on this, I would not recommend their services.

Thank you for your feedback. As you mentioned, you’ve had extensive laser treatments elsewhere over the past 15 years and have done "100s of treatments" —so it’s unusual that you are still experiencing significant regrowth.
As discussed during your consultation, results vary and shedding can take up to 3 weeks. One session is never enough for visible long-term reduction.
We are always transparent about expected outcomes and treatment timelines.
Furthermore, it is unusual to request a refund after one treatment, well before the shedding period has even elapsed. While I won’t presume your reasons for doing so, we remain available should you wish to discuss this further.
