Wish I could give zero. The staff did my nails wrong and shouted at me. They spoke about me in their language. Was rude and treated the other white customers better. Disgusting service

This place is an absolute disaster.

I went in for a BIAB refill with a French tip and left with nails that were thick, uneven, badly shaped, and full of visible lumps - nowhere near professional standard.
They offered a redo, which somehow turned out even worse, even with a simple one-colour finish. At that point I seriously questioned whether the technicians had any idea what they were doing. I even asked twice if he was happy with the result and received zero answer!
To make things worse, I was hurt twice during the process-two different fingers were cut to the point of bleeding. Completely unacceptable and honestly shocking from a salon that’s supposed to be professional.
Let’s be clear: this wasn’t correcting someone else’s work- this was them failing twice on their own job.
I walked in with a nice shape and only asked for a shorter version. Instead, I left with damaged, poorly done nails that now need to be fully redone elsewhere.
Yes, I got a refund-but that doesn’t give me back my time, the discomfort, or the fact that I now have to pay for a completely new set instead of a refill.
Avoid at all costs unless you’re happy risking both your time and your skin.

I suffer with Autism and I did tell the staff member who was doing my nails that I do have a special needs, he did tell want to do my nails which I thought was strange so then a lady came over to continue my nails. Then I began to cry and the lady said I could leave? I said I struggle with autism and I can find myself overwhelmed, she told me I could leave? The manger came over and apologised and took over to finish my nails. This is really sad that in 2026 this is the treat someone receives for having autism.

I have been coming here every month since it opened and the service is always 10/10. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do my nails! Tbh et are always so disputent with the shaping and filing I would highly recommend. And my BIAB nails always last for ages
