I walked on a weekday whilst walking past and asked for a pedicure. It was a great service. Although a small salon the team were professional and I felt well cared for. Reasonable prices. Worth noting they only have shellac and no normal nail polish. I will be coming back to try their nail art.

Made a same day appointment by phone today, and so happy I did! My nails look amazing, I felt heard and my nail therapist really took her time to create the look I wanted. 10 stars, and prices are very reasonable. Lovely family run business, I will be back 😍

I come and get my nails done every 4 weeks with a new design in mind and my nails always come out looking immaculate! I always feel so welcomed and look forward to my appointments for world class nails and a great chat too. Having moved away from the area I travel 30 mins to come and get my nails done and wouldn’t change for the world, can’t recommend highly enough

I’ve been going here for about 3 years, since I moved to the area. It’s a great family run business with super reasonable prices. Quy and her family do a great job, they’re really accommodating and never make you feel rushed, I’ve also had a huge range of designs in the past which she is always willing to give a go and does a cracking job. Couldn’t recommend them more, especially after trying a couple of the other local salons this is by far the best!

I have been going here for years and was getting my nails done while the customer who wrote a review under "Ms" came and booked an appointment for 4. She then called and said she was going to be 20 minutes late so the staff couldn't accommodate her as each booking is every half hour and would make all customer bookings thereafter late. I am also Vietnamese and have never heard the staff talk about their customer (unlike other nail salons I've been too). The staff did not find out I was Vietnamese until I had been doing there for a while. This is the best nail salon in SW London.

Unprofessional. They do not stick to appointment times. Make up things and attempt to gaslight you. I’m extremely disappointed in the service received given that I’ve been going to them for some time. If you want to be spoken about in their language, by all means, book an appointment. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
