Manicure for £20 did not include hand soak in water or scrubbing. I don’t like that. To me that’s part of a full manicure without asking for too much.
The girl doing it pointed me to a scrub near the sink to use myself. She did a hand massage though which was good. But the steps for manicure are not as you’d expect. I could not see the difference between a nail polish change for £15 and manicure for £20

Owner Response:

Hi our therapist clearly explained that we use cuticle softner to do a manicure instead of hand soak reason being is that we like to have the nail bed as dry as possible to ensure the perfect manicure, We did perform a Full 40minutes manicure.
Scrubbing and massage is only included if booked a Deluxe Manicure which is £25. However as a goodwill our therapist gave a complimentary hand massage.

Amazing customer service!! I mistakenly booked my appointment for the wrong day and they very kindly let me cancel with no charge and were able to book me into the Balham branch so I could still have my treatment. The Balham branch is also lovely – I will never go anywhere else now thank you.

Owner Response:

Hi Kate thank you for the lovely review.. see you again soon ..
