I honestly couldn’t rate this salon more highly!

I came in with deep, dark, long box-dyed hair, desperate for a change and finally ready to properly invest in my hair.

I’d been to several salons in the area before, but they’d all seemed a little reluctant to help. After a recommendation, I popped into Michelle Louise Hair and had a great consultation with Pete. Life got busy so I never ended up booking, but after a big life change recently, I reached out again and had the most amazing consultation with Emily.

I trusted her instantly. She explained that she wanted to do the transformation over two sittings to really look after the condition of my hair, and I appreciated how honest and realistic she was. It felt genuinely collaborative from the start, like we were always on the same page.

She completely listened to me and all my worries, and honestly… she worked SO hard to make it happen. She was just as invested in the result as I was, and she’s genuinely one of the loveliest, most charismatic, non-judgemental hairdressers I’ve ever met.

My hair is now gorgeous and there’s no sign of the black box dye that I was so worried about.

Absolutely worth the money. Such a lovely salon with such lovely people working there.

Valorey (I hope I’ve spelt that right!) was also so lovely assisting Emily, gave me the BEST head massage, and was so easy to chat to.

Thank you so much, guys. I genuinely feel like a new me!
I’ll be adding you to my recommended suppliers list for my venue & Ofcourse, shouting you out to all my fellow box-dye regretters.

I had a great experience at Michell Louise Wandsworth. I was greeted warmly by Valerie, who offered me tea or coffee. I had a positive consultation with Emily, senior stylist, who was great. She took care to listen, and understand what I wanted. The head massage was sn added extra! My hair cut was perfect. I left feeling happy and confident. Thank you Emily and thevteam. Absolutely awful, hair cut was okay but I also had full head colour, came home and found so many uncovered white hairs its unbelievable. Never again, and a dog running around barking, not so relaxing.......

Had my hair cut by Emily today who is a 10/10 hairdresser. I always get a bit scared of getting a curly cut at a salon but Emily talked through everything we were doing and took amazing care of my hair. I will 100% be back for my next curly cut!

Went for colour and cut with James today (2.12.25) and wanted a bit of new look.
James was brilliant and consulted with me on what I wanted - bit darker, more warmth and more layers with my cut. He suggested some things and was really engaged in the conversation.
New colour is fantastic- warmer blonde with more depth in tones, and the cut is exactly what I wanted without knowing beforehand.

Highly recommend and couldn’t be happier. Everyone in the salon was also friendly as always.

I have had 2 haircuts with Jack at the Trinity Rd venue now, I have curly hair with an awkward curl pattern and Jack manages to give me great shape and improve the health. He takes the time to apply the right methods.
I'm so glad I found him.
