I booked with them and they cancelled the morning of the appointment (3 hours before the appointment). They offered to reschedule for the afternoon and I gave my availability but they didnt get back to me until the exact time I was available and so I couldn't get to the salon as I dont live next door. I decided to give up and ask for a refund as I'd paid in advance. They said it was 'aggressive' that I asked for a refund. I dont recommend them as its been a pretty bad experience.

Many establishments in the area can do nails, but this place is all about customer service. Jen and team are super friendly with flawless delivery.
I don’t often get my nails done so establishing a rapport is import to me. Could not be happier! Thank you Jen and team. Highly recommend

Blown away by their space and their space and couldn't be happier with my nails and my pedicure.

Booked on-line and arrived at the shop, appointment was spot on time. My first visit to the shop. It is the best pedicure I have had. My feet feel amazing, so soft. Staff were very friendly and polite.

I first wrote a 5 star reviews as I was asked to review the service while I was still having the haircut. The hairdresser was nice and polite but the haircut was not what I asked for, I specifically mentioned I didn’t want a lot of volume, but that is what I got from the haircut🙁! The back of my head is way to short and disconnected from the length. I had to visit another hairdresser to try and fix it. Unfortunately as the back is super short I need to wear a ponytail everyday until it grows back.

DONT GO HERE!!! I’ve been to hundreds of nail salons and the professionalism, level of service and attitude of the workers was a disgrace. THIS IS NO JOKE, go elsewhere!

I recently got my nails done with their Biab. While the salon was nice, they made me wait 45 minutes. The technician cut my finger with the drill, she proceeded to do the manicure and it was horrible. I was left bleeding by the drill.

4 of the nails broke off within a week. They only lasted 2 weeks and now my nails are in worse condition then before i get there. They are weak and fragile.

I would never ever recommend this place.
What nail technician cuts a client with a drill!!!!!

Horrible.
Awful For £90 you expect not to be cut and not to wait 45 minutes.

Absolutely loved my visit to the Boulevard! All the staff were so warm and friendly, especially Sammy who did my nails. Honestly her attention to detail was fantastic - my favourite manicure I've ever had. Will definitely be back!
