I'm a hijabi and I just had a walk in for a ladies only wash, long layered haircut with Farimah. She did an absolutely fantastic job and I'm really pleased with the result. She also did waxing and gave lots of great tips and advice in general. I was taken to a seperate barriered area so no men outside the store could see and she was really attentive to what I wanted and used the reference pics that I showed her for the haircut I wanted. I 100% recommend and will tell my family in Acton to make a visit in the future isA

Finally found a great salon after searching for the past 6 months in London! I got a haircut, facial and waxing done from here and it did not disappoint! The hairdresser Mena is truly amazing at what she does and listens to everything you want to get done, and I’m definitely going to be a regular now.

I walked in feeling pretty ordinary and honestly left feeling like a completley different person. From the moment I stepped through the door, Dorsan greeted me with such warmth and genuine care. She runs this place with so much love and it really shows in every little detail, from the atmosphere to the way every single client is treated.

My stylist listened to exactly what I wanted, asked all the right questions, and somehow delivered something even better than I'd pictured. The colour is just flawless, really rich and beautifully blended. I've had so many compliments since. And Nana!! She did my nails and I genuinely cannot beleive how good they look. So precise, so neat, and she was just the loveliest person to spend time with.

The whole team here are just incredible. The salon is spotlessly clean, the vibe is so relaxing, and the two hours I spent there felt like a proper treat. I can't recomend this place enough. Dorsan, Nana, and the whole team, thank you so much. I won't be going anywhere else!

Very happy with my hair cut :) it was my second visit to Serene Hair and both Farimah and Mena were super kind and competent. Mena double checked if I was happy with the length and trimmed an extra centimetre, and Farimah blow dried my hair for free because she wanted me to have the full experience, as I was going from long hair to shoulder length. I can recommend Serene Hair for sure!
