My experience was really really bad. I showed a reference picture (olive green) and they gave me other colours to pick from. When I mentioned this, the guy was very rude and told I have to pick from what they have. But they didn’t give me a single shade of green. When they saw i was upset, they brought me some shades of green and I picked a similar colour. It was very uncomfortable after. They started talking in some other language and I kind of got the feeling it was about me. Also the guy was hurting me a lot while doing the nails; my nails were bleeding and i couldn’t do anything for the next 2 days because of the pain. He was giving me scary looks or disappointed looks all the time. I did the nails Friday and by Monday the colour started peeling off. I have been doing my nails for last 3 years and I haven’t had this kind of situation. I genuinely don’t want to go back to that place.

Came once for a nail paint, had 2 broken nails and asked for acrylic powder on the break but the powder covered the whole nail. Used the machine on my natural nails to file which I said I didn’t want and was told it’s fine and now I have ridges on my nails. Had a long nail which I asked to be cut, was told it just needed filing and said he wouldn’t cut and of course it broke the following day as it should have been cut and filed. All my nails broke after doing my nails here including one with acrylic powder.

I’ve had my nails done for years and never been so dismissed but I thought I’d give them a try as maybe they knew better than me. Personally I won’t be going back

I had my nails done by a new member (I think) of the PP team, and I’m not exaggerating, I’ve never had my nails done this precisely and well. I could tell he was focusing a lot on perfecting the nails and getting every edge right etc. honestly I am so satisfied! And it wasn’t even long, he just took extra few more minutes to make sure things are even etc. for me as I am a perfectionist, so impressive, I will be coming back to the same person from now on! Love it!!!!!

I had waxing today with Hetha and she was amazing. The whole process was quick and painless and she was gentle and professional. She was also nice and friendly, the waxing room was simple and cute. Definitely will be back.

I don't recommend to get facial with Hetal ruined my face,,She's convinced to have treatment she offer me extra free treatment but i refused because she know her boss was trust her so she doesn't want to give her wrong image she left room very dirty ,,review is 5 stars because she give extra ordinary looks to make people believe her ,,Therapists should be tied hai not open hair like a witch my facial was relaxing but 3 days later completely burn damage my skin,foolish however her boss believes .nails are great service

This is my place to get my nails done, my favourite nail technicians are Linda and Peter. Linda is super fast which worries me a little yet she has such a great skill of doing nails so perfectly with such speed. She pays attention to detail and meets whatever nail request you may have. She is very friendly, accommodating and efficient. Peter is an absolute darling, he is so kind, caring and always offers me a hot drink whenever I come in for a shellac. He is takes his time and is so gentle when doing my nails which I really appreciate. This nail shop also has other services too! They really know how to make customers feel welcomed and whenever I’ve called in for a last minute appointment (most of the time) Linda always finds a way to squeeze me in, even when they’re super busy. They also give you a loyalty card, when you’ve got 6 stamps you get £5 off, and so today for the festive/ new years season I treated myself to a more pricier ‘Cat eye’ colour which is cosmically beautiful, usually would have cost me £30 but was discounted with my loyalty card.
I highly recommend this place!

First time I went was great and received such a wonderful manicure. Today I went and it was absolutely horrendous. A guy did my nails this time and couldn’t care less about what he was doing. I went in for a manicure but my nails were never cleaned, just filed and cuticles cut, never had my nails soaked, theres nail polish on my fingers but hardly on all of my nails, and even made me put lotion on my self. There was zero care or interest in doing my nails soaked safe to say it’s the last time I’ll be back.

my favourite nail shop! It’s a 2 hour journey from my house but I prefer going there because i’m always 100% sure they’ll do a great job! had a set done tuesday evening and they were great as usual! My go to! ❤️
