I’ve been going to T&C Nails in Acton (W3) since it first opened, and I can honestly say the service has been consistently excellent. I actually knew Joe from another salon before, and I’ve followed her here because she always does my nails perfectly — her attention to detail is spot on every time.

The salon itself is clean, well-maintained, and has a really welcoming atmosphere. The staff are friendly and professional, and you never feel rushed. It’s clear they take pride in both their hygiene standards and the quality of their work.

If you’re looking for reliable, high-quality nail services with great customer care, I’d definitely recommend T&C Nails. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

had a terrible experience at T&C Nails and will never return. I booked my appointment in advance and arrived 5 minutes early, yet I was not greeted or acknowledged by any of the staff when I came in. Shortly after, another woman arrived after me, was welcomed, and started having her nails done before me, even though we had booked for the same time and I was there first.

I asked whether someone would be able to do my nails, and the owner responded rudely that yes, someone would. However, even after another 5 minutes, nobody had spoken to me properly or even asked me about colour or anything else. After waiting 12 minutes in total with no proper acknowledgment or service, I decided to leave.

Unfortunately, this was one too many bad experiences over the last 2 years. On one occasion, I was running just 5 minutes late and the owner called me immediately screaming “you’re late” as soon as I answered the phone. On another visit, one of the staff cut my ankle during the appointment, and it hurt for almost a week whenever I put my foot on the floor.

I have given this place far too many chances, and I am honestly shocked by how rude, careless, and inconsiderate the service has been. I will not be returning.

Very disappointing first visit. I asked for a short almond shape but ended up with oval nails instead. The technician appeared to be in training and didn’t speak English, which made it difficult to explain what I wanted. He also didn’t check the final result, and I had to ask him to file the hyponychium.
I understand the salon was about to close, but paying full price for an unsatisfactory service is frustrating.
