My friend went to do her nails, and I tagged along for a company. We had a terrible experience as we were judged by the nail technician for changing our nail colour, but she did a trial on one nail and asked us if it was okay, and we requested to change it as we were unhappy. We changed it as we had the option to, but we were clearly given an option to change. She judged as she talked to her colleagues saying we had no idea of what we were planning to do. And the nails itself were not done to good quality. Anyways, this was a terrible experience.

We had a terrible experience today. I went to do my nails and my friend accompanied me. The customer service was too poor. We selected the shades we wanted and she did a trial on one finger, we changed it because we were unhappy. I requested for a particular nail shape in the beginning which was not followed through and I had to correct it in between. Also, the lady who did the nails judged us in their language said “we were two girls who had no clue what they were up to” which we understood as the friend who accompanied me understood the language. Anyways, we were judged. As for the quality of the nails, the nails are pretty to look at from a distance but the close details are not the finest as there are tiny bumps on the nails like errors, and the lady filed it too aggressively leaving red marks on my fingers, also the finishing was not great as the acrylic was placed too thick.

Had acrylics done by Milly today and she did an amazing job she’s very talented, the design I wanted wasn’t easy and she did it perfectly. I’ve had my nails done several times at Trinity nails and never had a negative experience, I’ll definitely be back again!
