I visited Hind Leeds today and was charged £12 just for eyebrow threading and forehead. Last time, another staff member charged me £9 for the exact same service. This is now the second time the same person has charged me £12 even after I showed my student ID.

She does good threading, but I don’t understand why the price changes so much on every visit, especially with the same person. The pricing feels inconsistent and unfair.

This is my first time visit, I request to everyone please don't visit this place to get your eyebrows threading whatever services you want. The lady did eyebrows, upper lips and chin charged me more than £20. I didn't asked her price before coz I thought it will be around 15-20 pounds altogether. Then I went to shopping. When I come back waiting for my bus outside this salon. I was shocked by the price they put on front door. I immediately went inside the lady named SOBHA (she wore black veil) who did my job got shocked when she saw me and then I ask how much all these things cost. She started to make stories. Unprofessional, rude. Instead apologize she showed so much attitude. Then I realise why there is no customer coming there. If not many customer coming it doesn't mean they take extra money out of customer pocket.
Will never visit this place. 😢😠😠😠

Went yesterday with my cousin to have our eyebrows threaded, the work was great however attitude towards customers was a problem. Lady working was not welcoming, only arrogant and rude.

Went for eyebrows threading. Threaded too thin; yet somehow she missed bits so it’s patchy, and uneven with one longer than the other. Luckily got a student discount but £6 is still too much to get my eyebrows ruined :( wouldn’t go here again

Went today for an eyebrow thread. Lady charged me the premium price of £12 to leave them straight and shapeless. When I asked if she could trim the one hair in the beginning of my eyebrow that was longer than the rest she said it was unnecessary and can be trimmed next time instead.

I had my gold facial done which was quite refreshing. However i had prebooked my hair cut as well. The lady who was supposed to do my hair was not in the premises. I was told to wait for half an hour,were i felt there was lack of customer service and professionalism.Thats why it a 1star from me .

I visited to Hind to get my eyebrows done then Merry recommended me to get my hair colour done and tbh i am glad that I did my hair colour from her. I had an amazing experience.She was professional and did an excellent job. The salon was clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere. I’m extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend this salon to others!

I asked for Biab removal, to which the lady said she could do. No soak off so I assumed the removal process for Biab was different.. it was removed with a drill only and my nail beds are so sore and sensitive I cant run my fingers under warm water or touch certain things as my fingers feel week. Whilst she was drilling, I kept flinching my hands away as it felt like it was burning underneath my nails to which she kept reassuring me was normal. My nails are bright red and painful! Will not be using this service again!

I am new to Leeds and this is by far the best beauty shop I've been to!
Sayda was very polite and very welcoming.
I had my eyebrows threaded and tinted and upper lip waxed and I'm in love with my eyebrows!

Over the years, I've regularly gone to HIND for eyebrow threading. I am a student and get discounted price. The staff there are always friendly and make my eyebrows look good every time.
