Have been to soho nails twice for a manicure with different people. Both times have left with a bleeding cuticle because truthfully instead of focusing on the nails at such a crucial moment, they’re chatting away to other staff. And then by the time they were done they’d cured bits of the nail polish over my skin too which was a pain to scrape off.

Got a French tip and the white line doesn’t even extend evenly at the border of the nail and goes on the nail bed along the sides. Just very poor service over all.

I love it here. My BIAB always lasts forever and the pedicures are amazing. Nice people and atmosphere too.

Lovely friendly service and good value for money. Went on my lunch from work and was sat down straight away and was done within 40 mins. I got cat eye gel and have stayed on throughout my holiday.

Mam who I had was super lovely and did a fantastic job on my nails he made me feel super welcomed and put so much effort into the details. Such reasonable prices and a great atmosphere in the salon will be coming back

Not the nicest nails I’ve done.

It feels like it was rushed and not pretty at all and they cost £40??? I get them done elsewhere for £25, £30 and they are prettier than this place.

Also, one of them made a silly comment about my nails and thought it was funny.

I don’t know why I tried them out but never again.

I’ve been coming here around 5 months for BIAB to grow my nails out. It’s always been a quick service, my nails look great & it’s a reasonable price! I’d definitely recommend for a walk in service.

No point booking an appointment coz they don't stock to times, I was booked for 11am, had another appointment elsewhere, I waited 20mins past my time then had to leave, they should be more organised with appointments. Won't return

Friendly but I wont be back. My cuticles are in agony and 8 of my nails were bleeding quite excessively. The nails are cute but not worth the money for me sitting around over 2 hours for a walk in appointment.

Shockingly bad. Turned up 10 minutes late to open the shop for the appointment and then made me wait for 30 minutes whilst someone else got a full set of acrylics because they’d double booked and there was only one technician

I get my BIAB gel extensions done here all the time and they never miss. The whole experience is always so good. The stylists are super lovely and the owner is really kind too. My nails always turn out amazing every single time. Definitely my go-to place.
