Avoid this place at all costs!
Attended this college around 5 years ago and I still feel the trauma!
Staff are rude and bully certain students, especially Emma.
Tutors would single you out and scream in your face in front a whole class for just making an innocent mistake.
Staff make up lies to try get you into trouble, Emma was bullying me and a couple of other girls in my class to the point where she even called my mum in for a meeting to say Im never in and that I skive college / I’m always late as well as trying to degrade me to my own mother!! which my mum laughed in her face as she dropped me to college every day and watched me walk in.
On one occasion I didn’t attend due to been in a accident with facial wounds I was pulled aside and made to feel like I was worthless and scum for having injury’s and was made to participate in other students apply makeup to my face on broken skin.

Please DO NOT go to this college! I started a 6 month course, Adult Level 3 beauty therapy course in May 2023 and was due to take my end exam in Dec 2023 - we did not take our final exam until NOVEMBER 2024. We were delayed nearly an entire year due to the appalling organisation, communication or care of this college. Our teacher left during the course and we were constantly told conflicting information about how we should do treatments. We were left in the dark for months waiting for a date, we were made to change from a sunday class to two 3 hour classes on a weekday evening which is NOT what we signed up for. I wasted 19 months of my life on a qualification that is absolutely no use. For example, the manicure section of the exam required us to do a manicure prep on only one hand but paint all 10 nails, all in 20 mins. What kind of skill does that even show? We were not allowed to wear any sort of nail polish/gel/biab/acrylics and my skin was absolutely ruined from the facials we had to do on each other every week, done with dirty equipment and instructed incorrectly. This was all dragged out over 19 months not to mention the near year’s worth of extra train journeys I paid for having to continue going in college after we were supposed to have finished the entire course. They’ve had 3 different managers while i was there and I was told this is all down to the booking team. I raised 3 separate complaints to the complaints department at the college and all i got was a ‘we apologise and we’ll do better for our future students’ email. The college is absolute mess and the emotional stress and the hold it has had on my life constantly weighing on me until i was able to finally finish the course has made me furious. Only 2 of us on my class finished the course this November. There is absolutely no accountability or acknowledgement from anyone. It’s appalling the money that has been spent on this course for the way we have been treated & I am so so disappointed in education systems getting away with this.

Still waiting for my certificate, sent loads of emails and made so many phone calls and still nothing after nearly a year now. Ridiculous. Please avoid doing anything there

I could give this place a 0 if I could, staff are rude and disrespectful and the overall collage is unorganised and unprofessional. I enjoyed my first year but ever since it got taken over by learning curve it’s taken a turn for the worst! I am glad to see the back of the place.

Absolutely rubbish left with no qualification and im being told by the awarding body i never existed on the system lol even after paying for my course and attending for a year and finishing all my coursework absolutely ridiculous

The in house staff including tutors and reception are absolutely fantastic and helpful, however since the company has been taken over by learning curve it’s terrible. It has taken 2 months for me just to be able to sit my final test after completing all my coursework and I’m still without my certification.. I started in April and it was a 8 week course. It’s a terrible shame as the college was great before however now it’s just a shambles. I have tried to contact the actual company however they’re far from helpful

Still awaiting qualification from 2018 for nail technology level 3 quick to take money, sent a confirmation of passing yet nothing sent to VTCT= not qualified like told. Formal complaint submitted also raised with advance learner loans for dispute of having to pay for a course they never gave me a certificate for nor notified the learning body of qualification. Never again. Go to a proper college or do an apprenticeship. Avoid at all cost.

Excellent College where you get excellent massages and other complementary therapies.
Fantastic tutor’s and staff.
I wouldn’t highly recommend to anyone wanting to learn complementary therapies and anyone wishing to be on the receiving end of the therapies.

This is a fantastic college. The staff are very knowledgeable and very professional at all times. They offer guidance and support every step of the way. There are also treatments available for clients to have from the students who are learning the beauty skills. The college is very big and the treatment rooms are well equipped. The principal was also available if anybody had any queries. I would highly recommend this college.
