Nails were not done with car what so ever they were rushed. I paid £55 the least that could have been done would be more effort. Definitely not recommended.

Worst costumer service ever staff is not listening to costumer choice when costumer point there mistakes the start shouting at costumer and damage there nails went to do
My nails ask them politely to do it care fully as they came of in 1 week last time but they start talking in there language when I ask them to do it properly they start giving me threats to cut my nails

They're good at frenchtips but some of my nails have started lifting 3 days later and the acrylic is too thick near the cuticle so it's chipping off. Some of my nails are also wonky and the nail designs are not all the same. (Bare in mind i paid 45 quid and they aren't up to the standards they should be!)

Went to get infills on 22/10/2025 - the middle french was wonky, i paid £30! And he still did not sort this out !! By 24/10/25 my nails as you can see have started to chip!!! This should not be the case, i have had them four weeks prior to this and apart from being outgrown all little no chip issue whatsoever!! The second person who did this was lazy!!! Incompetent and only cared for the money!!! Overpriced and avoid at all costs

Update - went on 25/10/25 - they were fixed and redone and apologies were given

Update - by 27/10/2025 gurlll.. they chipped again.. 😳😬, at this point i did not go back as it was not worth the time again, had to get them redone elsewhere ! Am i coming back you ask.. naa, neveeerr ✌🏼 period!

The guy that did my nails could not understand what I was saying neither did the other 4 guys that was there. They didn't try to help and just looked at me and the other guy shouting. They didn't even get the colour that I wanted. Will never come back. Do not go to this shop.

I’m so disappointed! Today was my third time coming here and I hadn’t had an issue until now. I asked for one design, he said they couldn’t do it (it wasn’t hard), then said they wouldn’t do tortoiseshell. So I got basic French tips. I’ve now noticed that the guy didn’t fully cover the nail with top coat so it’s now coming off already. He clearly didn’t want to be there and wasn’t paying attention as I had to point out where my old gel was lifting before my infill. Ridiculous service, the others are great but his behaviour today has completely ruined my view of the salon for me.

Everytime I go in I’m quoted a difference price, went in last week wanted 2 gel toes 2 customers, they were so slow got no update so ended up walking out as we were on our lunch, they didn’t say one thing they didn’t care they lost business and are rude, gone massively down hill since 4 years ago!!!!

My family and I are frequent customers here, we have all had pedicures and my cousin and myself have had acrylic nails done on a few occasions now. Nail art is always pretty good, the nails generally last for a while, average time about a 3-4 weeks, probably more if you aren't doing anything too strenuous. Staff are always polite and willing to cooperate.

Man who did my acrylics cut them so short after I told him my preferred length. The painting of my French tips is super uneven, making them look wonky. They also arch upwards / curl like a rainbow. Worst set of nails I’ve had and they cost £35!! Rip off
