I’m honestly so happy with my nails! The service was amazing from start to finish. Annie was so friendly, professional, and paid incredible attention to detail. She really listened to what I wanted, and the result turned out even better than I imagined. The work is clean, beautiful, and high quality. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend her to anyone looking for gorgeous nails!

This is my usual nail shop and I come here every month and it never fails! This time round I had Anne do my pedicure and biab infill and she was brilliant. 10/10 recommend.

I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. I asked politely for my nail to be fixed because it was crooked, but instead of helping professionally, the staff started complaining and speaking rudely in their own language, which made me feel very uncomfortable and disrespected as a customer.

I only got a very simple nail design with plain polish, nothing complicated, yet I was charged £45 for it. I have had more detailed designs done before at other salons and even full sets usually cost me around £35. The price I was charged did not match the service or quality at all.

The customer service was extremely unprofessional and unfriendly. A salon should know how to treat customers with respect, especially when they simply ask for something to be corrected. Unfortunately, this experience felt unfair, overpriced, and very unpleasant. I would not recommend this salon

Went to get my nails done at Luxury Nails for an event! I don’t get my nails done often so thought I should treat myself 🤭

All the staff were lovely and accommodating,
My nail artist was nice and very attentive and precise with the nail art and design, even was happy to do all my requests and changes!

Lovely atmosphere, felt looked after and I really love how my nails turned out! The hand cream they gave after smelt really good, like mangos and summer, kept my hands moisturised and shiny ✨

Would be coming again to try the pedicure and wax

Price was okay (£67.50) would have liked to know before I got them done as it was a bit of a shock but they turned out great

I’m writing this review to share my experience at Luxury Nails Leeds. I booked an appointment expecting a professional, comfortable, and careful service. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t fully meet those expectations.

During my treatment, I experienced cuts while my nails were being done. This made the appointment uncomfortable for me and left me feeling uneasy during the rest of the service. I felt that more care and attention could have been taken, especially in terms of handling and ensuring the client’s comfort throughout the appointment.

I also asked for a plaster after this happened, but I was given only a small piece of paper towel instead, which did not feel appropriate or helpful at the time.

In addition, I didn’t feel that my requests were properly listened to during the appointment, and the final result did not match what I had asked for. This added to my disappointment with the overall experience.

Overall, I left feeling unhappy with the service. I would like this to be taken seriously and I would appreciate a refund due to the issues experienced during my appointment. I also hope improvements are made around client care, communication, and handling of issues when they occur.

They have no idea what they’re doing. If you can’t manage a simple short French tip. Then you need to find another job. Ridiculous. And £33 for an infill is daylight robbery. They need to clean their shop & get better, younger nail techs in. These lot are no longer capable of doing good nails.
