Popped into Lisa star whilst in town, as my useual salon was fully booked, and I'm so so impressed! They were so warm and friendly and so thorough! Such good attention to detail! My nails turned out gorgeous and I'm so so happy!

I've never been a nail bar till 17 January 2026. I was in town and found my left thumb nail (real nail) was in the process of breaking off so I dared to ask at your leeds market store to see if they could help. The gentleman at the door had no problem helping. I am so happy he saved the nail. I highly recommend this store xx

I had a horrible experience at this nail salon. I went in to get my strip lashes done, but from the moment I arrived, the staff were very rude. They were speaking among themselves in a language I do not understand, and even after I told them I couldn’t hear or understand what they were saying, they continued.

Eventually, they turned to me and said there were no lashes available, while giving me a very rude and dismissive look. The whole interaction made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. It was such a terrible experience that I ended up tearing up on my way out. I ended up not getting my lashes done at all, despite stating they offer this service.

Worst place I have ever been. Asked for my BIAB to be removed. The man filed my nails down using the electric file. He did it too much in certain places and my nails became patchy, red raw, scratched and super sensitive I kept asking him to stop and be careful as it hurts when the drill is left in one place for ages. He kept just blaming my nails? My nails have always been in good condition. He stopped and said he was done and my nails looked jagged and awful. He then asked for £10. I said the sign says £5 and he says it was more because I had builder gel. I told him he hadn’t even got it all off in areas or even filed the length of my nails. He then told me to sit down again and just went over the nail again with the electric file pressing harder. He told me he had finished. My nails have never looked worse and I had to pay the £10. My nails are so sore and tender. This place should be closed down.
