As a single mum, my time and money is precious but decided to get a babysitter and book in for a pedicure in advance of a holiday. After five days my pedicure was rubbing off on the big toes (pictures attached) - I have literally never had this happen so quickly with any pedicure I've ever had! Usually takes at least a month or two to start coming off. There was also hardly anything done to remove the hard skin on my heels and it looked exactly the same as usual. I use moisturiser regularly so it wasn't as if there was a lot of build up. I left a review a few days later and in fairness the manager called me and left a voicemail, I called back and left them a voicemail but heard nothing for the next two weeks. I told my best friend about the experience and she commented on a local Facebook group about it after someone asked for pedicure recommendations, she simply tried to warn them about my bad experience, the owner then attempted to call her a liar, reported her comment and had it deleted. Overall the experience has left a terrible impression and I will certainly never be using the company again. Please note the photos attached were taken FIVE DAYS after paying £48 for a pedicure - never again!

Jo has a wealth of experience and knowledge. I always book with her because I have Raynauds and she always treats my hands with the upmost care. I have also had facial hair and brows threaded with her - great job. Highly recommend.

A wonderful experience! Came with a friend who was highly anxious about their first manicure, but we were made to feel welcomed and comfortable. The treatment was fantastic and we both walked away with nails we were super happy with.

Really good biab appt. Mia was probably the best person to di them because she listened to what i asked for and actioned it. Rarely do nail places actually get rid of the cuticles that i always hate. Now my nails look great thanks to Mia no scraggy cuticles!! The shape is good too now i am ready for my weekend away!!! They were also super patient and accommodating when the card machine kept declining my card - there was money in there and it was embarrassing but i did find out later that the wifi in Godalming pays havoc with card payments so maybe that was it but they are going to take payment on tuesday. No problem. Thank you mooeys in Godalming!

Having 3 boys and working full time having my nails done is that little bit of me time. Jo is always welcoming, helps make recommendations for my nails and loves a good natter. There is a special community feeling in Moeeys and it’s lovely to meet new people and have a pamper.
