Very poor unfortunately, I had my nails painted here on Sunday one simple colour for my honeymoon and within a day they had chipped badly and ive now (Tuesday) had to remove the polish as it looked awful, I paid to have them painted for a special occasion and they didn't even last 2 days, my own nail polish that I do at home lasts ages!
I emailed them along with photos and noone has replied so I've now made my review.

We would like to kindly clarify that the service you received was a regular nail polish application, not gel polish. Traditional polish typically has a shorter wear time and can be more prone to chipping compared to gel. At the time of your visit, we also recommended Shellac (gel polish) as it generally provides longer-lasting results and may have been more suitable for your needs.
We would also like to sincerely apologise for not responding to your email sooner. Unfortunately, your message was filtered into our spam folder, and we have only just seen it now while reviewing our inbox. We completely understand how frustrating this must have been.

Really lovely staff who give constructive advice and work hard to give a good experience! They also provide student discounts which is super helpful! I will definitely be returning as they provided a good experience 💕

every time i come here my nails last so long. staff are super friendly and chatty. and will give any design there best shot! ( in which they always succeed) - great place xx
