I highly recommend Chanail Spa. Tom, Kate and team are fantastic. I’ve been going every month for the past year for BIAB and have loved my nails every single time. They amazingly always last perfectly for a full 4 weeks despite me running after a busy toddler. Everyone is so friendly and I really enjoy the experience :)

Have been 3 times to this nail salon, good for pedicures but not so good for manicure, on two occasions for manicure, have explained what I would not like in detail, and showed pictures on what I would like plus explained again, simple oval nail with a nude colour gel manicure o thick nails at the end.. on both occasions my nails were filed so badly the shape was absolutely what I have asked them not to, I had to stop the person assisting me and ask if they understood what what I was looking for, nails shape was what what I repeatedly ask no to. One of the ladies took over on one occasion with a very arrogant attitude, no skill to support the damage that was already done and very dismissive of my request that I was paying for. Very disappointed on both occasions, would have been easier to get a plain,, we can't do what you want because we don't know how,, or an apology for the way they deliver their service and costumer service. I have apologised to one of the ladies if she was made uncomfortable by me stopping her ruining my nails, but for how it was handled after I said thank you and payed in full. I strongly believe feedback is part of learning but when you think you know everything.. Obviously you can't get better. Very disappointing.

The best nail salon that I’ve ever been to. Tom and Kate are so welcoming, friendly and incredibly talented. I have been going to Chanail since it opened and I have always been really happy with my nails. The colour selection is outstanding, with every possible colour available as well as a large selection of chromes & cat eye colours. No request is ever too much, if you have an idea (or photo) of what you’re looking for, Tom or Kate will go over and above to make sure you get it. The salon setting is really lovely and calm - as well as being very clean. I wouldn’t ever go anywhere else and recommend Chanail to everyone. A truly fantastic addition to Godalming.
