I have been visiting regularly since they opened. Having never experienced chipped or broken nails, I was very shocked to have one of my nails chipped and broken after 6 days of application of SnS. When arriving at 9am I was told to come back at 12, I could not due to an appt told to come back after 3 or tomorrow lunchtime. I arrive at 4 to be told come back at 5:30. I am extremely disappointed as I only wanted to pay for one nail repair, I work full time therefore time is also precious. When I said I will need to find somewhere else to do it, I was met with a shrug.
I used to enjoy my time at the salon, however now myself and daughter will be going somewhere else.

I have been coming to sky nails for over 1 year now, the salon is always very clean, the pedicure chairs are lovely and relaxing. my nails always look amazing! Had a lovely trip there this evening for both pedicure and manicure, staff were very friendly as always. See you in 2026!

I was really impressed when this place first opened, but unfortunately the standard has slipped significantly. I’m rarely asked how long or short I’d like my nails, even when being seen by the manager, and on several occasions I’ve had to stop the appointment myself to clarify before the colouring starts. Communication overall is very poor.

My nails also constantly break, even when I have BIAB, and the hand massage that used to be included no longer seems to be offered.

On top of this, the manager often appears uncomfortable or reluctant when applying loyalty card discounts, even when they’ve clearly been earned. This creates an awkward and unfriendly atmosphere. Sadly, because of these issues, I won’t be returning.

I've been coming here for over a year and I used to really rate it highly but unfortunately the last 3 visits just havent been the same. My SNS hasn't lasted long, the shaping and overall finish has been poor and generally its felt like a rushed job. It really depends who you get on the day and I can't risk it any more so will be going elsewhere. It's a shame as I love supporting local businesses and the owners seem really nice so not sure why its gone down hill.

Sky Nails are fantastic, I wouldn’t go anywhere else !

Booking online is super easy and even if I forget to book, they always do their best to fit me in.

I love Sky Nails because the service is super personable and they really take time and care when doing my nails. My nails always last such a long time. I get builder gel and it never chips!

I have recommended to several friends and family members who all agree.
