I booked an express pedi for today 8th October. I forgot to take flip flops and was wearing boots.... not ideal. My mistake.
The technician was late starting my 45 minute appointment by 15 minutes. When seated I asked the technician if she could apply some clear gel to protect the nails instead of normal polish, and because I had worn the wrong footwear...my mistake.
I was told that there would not be sufficient time to apply gel.
That was fine. As a result I said there was no point painting my nails as I had to put boots back on. She then disappeared for a further 5 mins at least and returned with an electric file/grinder and proceeded to remove the old gel without trying to soften it at all.
The whole procedure took only 25 minutes. I had actually paid and was back home by the time my appointment was due to finish. It just felt very rushed and as if she was trying to make up her time at my expence.
I did query at reception about the duration of the appointment and whether it would still be full price as I had not had my nails painted.
Initially, I was told that's the price with or without Polish and regardless of the time the procedure took. I was left feeling very uncomfortable and upset and I just wanted to leave the salon.
The technician did then offer to reduce the balance by £5 but by that time I just wanted to pay and leave.
I have never in all the appointments I have been to at this Salon felt this way. Really quite disappointed and very upset.
Photos have ben taken of my damaged nails and bruised nail beds since, and some of tge nails have split right diwn the centre where the nail beds have been bruised .The procedure left my nails very thin and sore after when wearing shoes.
I still had 20 mins lwft of my 45 minute appointment, ample time in my opinion to apply one coat of clear gel.

I had the Eyepack treatment today with Lily -- brow shape and tint + lash tint. It's excellent value for money and I'm so pleased with the results. Lily was really communicative throughout, and very nice! She offered advice on how to maintain the tint as long as possible and was very professional and knowledgeable. Will definitely book her again!

This is my favourite place to get hair, nails and treatments done! All staff are wonderfully friendly and very good at their jobs. I had a massage and facial recently and it was absolutely incredible. Value for money is really good too. Always feels like a treat to come here.

Oksana Was absolutely incredible, I’ve had so many massages and this was by far the best I have ever had. Especially being 36 weeks pregnant, I honestly can’t recommend Oksana enough. Will definitely be visiting again. Thank you so much x

After moving up 9 months ago, I was yet to find a new hairdressers in the area so I’ve booked myself in here.

From the moment I’ve stepped through the door to the moment I’ve left - the service was above and beyond. The lady behind the counter was attentive and although chatting to a member of staff when I turned up, quickly turned her attention to me.

My cut was done by Leah and hands down I’ve never had a hairdresser compliment my hair so much. She’s given me some great (and not pushy!) feedback on how to look after my hair even better. And most importantly - I didn’t walk out feeling like a big chunk of my hair was cut off.

Honestly I can’t wait to come back.
