Google Booked in to get my nails done today, sat waiting for half an hour and got told they won't be long now, another half an hour went by and I walked out. A hour I've waited and I couldn't wait any longer due to my time on the car park. Was really looking forward to getting my nails done and got let down today, disappointed.
Owner Response:
Hi Rebecca, We’re very sorry about your experience today. Due to the bank holiday , we were much busier than expected, which led to longer waiting times. Please feel free to contact us on 07564594497 or via instagram @citynailslichfield so we can make this right. Thank you for your feedback and we hope to welcome you back soon ❤️

Google I originally had a negative experience due to issues with the service and how I was treated. However, the salon reached out, apologised, and offered to redo my nails. I’ve since had them fixed by a different technician and I’m much happier with the result. I appreciate them taking the feedback seriously and making it right.
I have included photos of the original work that was done and then the fixed version.
