Google My local pharmacy could not provide part of my prescription,so I went to Boots, Lichfield,the assistant on the pharmacy counter was extremely aware of the supply problem,and ,after checking,gave me my tablets That service was absolutely brilliant.Well done .

Google Came in yesterday looking at some fragrances for a gift, as I was struggling to pick one. Maisie came over and asked if she could help at all, she was very polite and very helpful and helped picked a great fragrance! A great team member to have!!

Google My mom came back to boots pharmacy today and was very impressed with how Adele dealt with the customers with dignity, respect and kindness. The queue was very long but she didn’t treat people as numbers and took her time and care with a couple of very vulnerable patients. A credit to Boots pharmacy! Thank you Adele please don’t stop being so kind and respectful

Google I was so impressed with the service at Boots prescription counter this afternoon. An assistant named Edel ( as seen on her badge) was on her own but took her time to respect and prove very helpful to two wheelchair bound individuals in front of me, despite the mounting queue. She also asked for more assistance when she saw the queue growing, but her kindness and professionalism was a thing to behold. We need more people like this.

Google Having attended Boots yesterday the staff at the pharmacy section were the most unhelpful people I have encountered in a very long time! I’m not one for leaving bad reviews, but get the customer service fell well below what you would expect. The 2 cashiers were mature in age, unhelpful and the one was particularly rude. I for one will not be shopping again in this shop!
