Thank you for doing such a great job on my nails. The male staff member really listened and made my nails the perfect size. All the staff tried their best to make sure I was happy, and they took extra time on my nails even though it was near closing time. Well done, team - see you soon!!

I went recently and one of the nail technicians used a rough sanding band on my cuticles to the point it had drew blood and left deep cuts on 3 of my fingers ! To the point where if anything is touching my fingers it causes pain on my hands! At not one point did the technician say for me to clean my hands but continued to use the sanding bands on my fingers! Nor did I receive an apology ! Would not recommend!!!

I treated myself to a nail appointment ahead of my 50th birthday celebration in Scotland, something I hadn’t done in the past 20 months since moving from Singapore to the UK, but I immediately regretted it. I ended up with cuts and scrapes, left bleeding the nail saloon and without a sincere apology even after asking for a plaster. The nail polish was poorly applied and uneven as well, and I certainly won’t be going back, no matter what. It was the longest, most painful limping walk home I’ve ever had.

Been going for a few years now and the prices have gone up and up, on the board my nails come to £40 with long gems ect. I got charged £70 for a infill!!! Over £120 for toes and nails infill absolute joke. Not to mention the fact every time I’ve been they’ve cut me and even gave me athletes foot last year from not washing the towels and I still went back! Won’t step foot in there again. Scammers

Took my daughter in to have her nails done today, the staff were friendly and the lady that did her nails did an incredible job. My daughter had a particular design she wanted, the colours were perfect and the design was absolutely spot on! The length is exactly as she wanted it, the nail tech made sure my daughter was happy with every step. I really can't compliment them enough!
