I had a terrible experience i booked my appointment online at 3:30pm when i went there they told me to wait then at 3:55pm the Chinese lady came may be here name was lara and she asked my want you want that was so rude and then when i showed her some pictures of nails then she started saying we can’t do this, we can’t do that after 5 minutes of whole the conversation she said you have to wait i cant do your nails because i am going for my lunch break you can sat on the next chair someone else will do your nails she was so mean i don’t even want to give 1 star

Went last week for biab older Asian lady was skyping on phone all the way through, been here before David is the best 1 out of the lot ,will be going elsewhere in future

Lovely lady that did my nails ling, listened to my every request. Will be going back next month for my biab. Prices very reasonable not a rip off at all. Would totally recommend

Absolutely awful experience, my nails are misshapen, too thick, lumpy, not what I asked for. They are too wide, uncomfortable , they cut my skin. They talk about you infront of you. Customer service is awful, I left in tears

Really bad job. Had Builders gel- they are bumpy, messy and on one nail you can still see the colour I had before! Never been before and wont go back. Im having to get them redone somewhere else.

it was a bad experience ever Had .I did BIAB extension and I Paid £40 after I was waiting for 40min as I booked my appointment online and then the work was terrible and all my nails are’nt straight I don’t recommend them.

absolutely awful service today!! avoid avoid avoid - i paid £40 for gel extensions that are the worst ones i have ever had - i used ot come here over a year ago before i moved away and got my nails done by david - tried to book in with david and pre-paid £35 on treatwell. david either didnt show or doesnt work there anymore. someone else saw to me after they found my booking and had to explain id already paid 4 times. the lady i had just didnt seem to listen to what i wanted, i had to ask her to reshape the nails as they weren't right at all and really wonky, she tried to tell e i was wrong and it was my fingers.... ive had my nails done plenty of times to know when the shape is just bad. the gel is really uneven and bumpy, i have glue all of my nails, she completely cut my natural nails down. she tried to put a completely different colour on to what i asked for, i asked for and showed the picture of the nails i wanted before i sat down and she said yes and then said when it came to the colour.. we dont have that colour and what you want is more as its a design. which its not its just a glitter colour. then she went to put another wrong colour on which i asked her to take off and then finally ended up with something somewhat similar to what i asked for. im so dissapointed in them and i was charged an extra £5 at the end too.. sadly after being a customer technically for years i will not be returning, also please clean the tools, everything was filthy
