solange made my dreams come true. she is an amazing woman and so are her staff.
a few months ago i shaved my hair and with losing my hair i also lost my confidence. yesterday all of that changed because solange and her team were able to fit extensions with just over ONE INCH of hair to work with.
if you want to listen to the bad reviews you’re the one that’s missing out because if you go elsewhere you will not be getting these kind of results😍😍
aside from the fact that the people working here are professionals, they are also very lovely people who want to bring joy to everyone and anyone that comes their way.

My sister introduced me to this Salon. I’ve neglected my hair for so long and I walked out feeling and looking like a million dollars. Solanges assistant (her name escapes me) was fantastic, she just got on with the task at hand and boy it was a task!!! 🤣

I can’t wait to go back and let her and her team do their magic.

She’s very busy so booking in advanced is probably best….pop in and have a chat about what you are looking to achieve.

I rarely leave bad reviews but I feel this is important for eveyone who's looking into booking this place.

The staff are not trained I REPEAT they are not trained. They have no idea what they are doing. The entire place is dirty and completely unhygienic.
I made a walk-in appointment for a Hollywood wax and was seen by one of the workers. She took me to a room, provided me with nothing. A very unprofessional and scary environment for a procedure that is this intimate. No towel to cover myself nor a clean roll of tissue on the bed, long acrylic nails, no gloves nor hand sanitisation/ washing. The girl who started doing my wax was causing alot of unnecessary pain, tears and bruises. She could not remove the wax properly 7/10 times nor put it on my skin as it was way too cold.

Then she decided to switch to the hot wax and this is where the nightmare began! A huge chunk of wax was left on my skin and she was NOT able to remove it. For a few mins she was pulling and tugging at an already very bruised skin causing me immense torturous discomfort. I have never felt so scared and uneasy at a waxing appointments as I did that day. I am a grown woman and I broke down in tears. Then she proceeded to call over Solagne (owner of the salon) to come fix the mess she made. Again, no gloves, long nails, no hand washing straight into intimate area and pulled it right off my skin leaving me shivering in pain. When exiting the room with the door wide open with absolute no concern for privacy. She also left in the middle of my appointment for a few mins and came back.

I will never recommend this place nor ever go back. Manchester metropolitan council needs to have a deeper look into this place as it is a very dangerous establishment.

Was looking for a new local place to get Botox following previous places going downhill in the quality of Botox provided. Really friendly staff, good prices and fab knowledge of aesthetics. Look forward to being a regular customer. ☺️
