I only go to two shops this one and another as I have seen most of the staff are the same and lovely I never had any problems until a month ago. I had a lady I think she was Spanish was happy to do my nails £47 I was charged for French tips it’s never been that expensive. I let her do her thing and I’m noticing details, she’s not cutting the square nail to make almond she’s bending it then filing so fair enough I let her carry on. Then the application was so thick I was beginning to worry as I’m going to be paying a lot of money for these she finishes I then point out that the light pink acrylic had a lot of white patches which she replied “some of them do that” she didn’t offer to fix just seemed more interested in me paying I’ve never had that happen to me I can only assume it was from application so I payed and left but I knew I had to say something, so I came back and was told they will be fixed I didn’t want the original lady as I was being nice and I didn’t want to sound rude she then comes over from another client and asks what’s wrong in a bit of a tone to be honest and I was explaining nicely but she didn’t seem interested so another lady started Filing my nails down to then have gel put over them which made then hot pink but at this point I was just done the original lady then comes back over and finishes them no apology. I never wanted to write this but then they lasted me about 2 weeks and they started lifting my nails always last a month when I come here which is why I’ve been a regular customer every month for about 8 months now and I will not be back all the other staff are great from who I have had an experience with but this lady just didn’t seem pleasant towards me. They grew out funny and the shape was different on every nail. I work in customer service and I feel like this could have been solved but there didn’t seem like an interest but thank you to the other staff who I’ve seen over the times I’ve been

do not come here they were gossiping about my friends and I saying we are cheap and don’t have money 0/10 experience. do not come here and the nails were ugly anyway I want my money back

Hoang does my nails so nice! Each time i come he never disappoints! He always takes his time with my nails and they always end up looking so amazing! Always would recommend him to others! And they last me more than 2 weeks!! Love it! Thank you!!

Very poor experience today. Having been a regular at this salon for a while I have found some of the nail techs are talented and pay attention to detail. As there is no appointment system it is very hit and miss. Today the nail tech was rude from the outset and disappeared with no explanation half way trough my nail extensions and biab application. The tech who took over was not exactly an expert, and then the original nail tech returned only to grab my hand and try to paint white tips on from standing at the next workstation, which I refused. Overall the experience and nails feel like a cheap salon experience, which it is not. I will take my custom elsewhere in future.

High quality, experienced workers they’re also friendly and funny, especially Ri ( one the lady from here ) appropriate price for such a place like that. I highly recommend you yall to have a try at this place
