The nails were beautiful.The only fault was price.I think 49pounds for acrylic nails is too much.Secondly the nail technician couldn't manage to glue an artificial nail tip to my nails at all.Several attempts on 3nails.Not sure if it's cheap material or bad glue or my nails weren't filed enough(?)-not sure.

Absolutely not worth the money paid 35£ for ombré nails and it looked crooked unprofessional. I couldn’t get my message across because lady tech couldn’t speak a word of English. I tried to tell her to fix things it was like speaking to a brick wall, deffo never again! Please by all means do not go ask a five year old to paint your nails they would do a great job compared to these idiots!

Very bad experience!

The worker is so rude and impatient.

The worker polished my nails really hard, i told her it's hurt. She didn't say sorry but just said, no its ok!

The machine is very very dirty, full of nails crumbs…

I used to go there and get my nails done by one of the guys and never had a single problem. He was nice chatty and funny as well so the whole process was fun. Today I went there but he was off but i didn't think it would be much of a difference. The girl who did them was quite nice at first but started being a bit rude with time sometimes ignoring what I was saying to her. She rushed my nails made it super painful kept pulling and bending my fingers in an unpleasant way and for some reason the UV lamp was burning my fingers A Lot when I asked her about it she said it was normal and told me to put my hand back in there. It isn't normal UV lamps can be warm but not burn. Her tools weren't cleaned properly and she kept getting pieces of glitter in my nails and had to scratch it off. The final shape wasnt even and my nails are hurting now.

They cut my cuticles in such a way, cuticle area of of three of my fingers started bleeding and it’s painful .... 😖 Most importantly, this might cause infection, who knows? I will never go there.

Absolutely appalled at how I was treated a while back. I came in after work (in work clothes). They had their opinion of me the second I walked in. I got my lashes eyebrows and nails done. I wouldn’t usually go only I was desperate as I had to fly home for a funeral the next day and my usual lady had no appointments. A friend recommended the place. Midway through nails so ignorant speaking in their own language to each other. The colour I asked for was not the one I asked for so I said to her I didn’t pick that one I wanted the one I picked. She tried to convince me I was wrong, I’m not colour blind. Asked me half way through doing my nails to pay for everything! I asked why now you’re not finished your service. She responded with just so you don’t chip the nails when you’re getting the money after they’re painted. (That shouldn’t happen anyways) I asked why nobody else in the salon was asked as I was there a while and didn’t notice anyone else pay mid way through treatments. I asked to speak to a manager and she started talking to her in her own language I asked if she could stop that I would speak to her myself and she didn’t. After my treatments which I paid every cent for, I spoke to the manager asked what was the reason I had to pay mid way through treatment I was actually laughed at by all of them horrible ladies for asking a question. So unprofessional. I genuinely think it is because I am Irish and some people do think all Irish people are travellers which I am not. I would never ever walk in anywhere looking for treatments that I couldn’t pay for. Never ever again. Horrible bunch of ladies. Made me feel like a complete scruff and so small. And as for the nails eyelashes and eyebrows I looked worse than what I first did when I walked in 🙈 horrible
