Waxing session has been the worse experience I have ever been ,I was left woth 3 visibles scratches in my face close to my eyes.Plus when I want to submitted a claim ,no response to my email,I want directly to the salon I showed them the photos ,the lady said a manager will call me but no one called me.

DO NOT go here for your eyebrows doing unless you want them completely cutting off. I asked for them to be shaped I’ve lost my actual eyebrows. I do not understand how you are trained and do this. They are so uneven too it hurts I look absolutely stupid. Do not waste your money on this crap.

I came into the store to get my eyebrows threaded. I must say that Sebera is absolutely wonderful. She made me feel at ease and was very professional. My eyebrows were lovely and I walked away happy. She knew exactly what I wanted as she asks where a few others don't. I buy a package and I ensure that Sebera is the one I book in with. I direct all my work colleagues to RAWR Beauty at Primark.

Hi, i dont know this gonna work or not here but the customer services was horrible.
I came this morning my appointment was on 9.40 came 2 mins late, the asian origin lady was terrible at talking to the customer. I came before the appoinment bcz i was in urgency. But i also understand the schedules to go.
I came by time just 2 mins late, she was correcting me as if i am her personal ones, nextly i PAID FOR WAXING SHE BARELY DID WAXING ON MY BROWS. SHE USED ONLY THREAD, MY SKIN IS SENSITIVE TO THE THREADS, I WAS SHAKING WHEN SHE WAS DOING IT.
IF A PERSON IS PAYING FOR THE WAXING WHY SHE IS GETTING THREADING?
NOW WHEN I DID THE PAYMENT I SAID U BARELY DID WAXING TO ME WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR IT?
SHE GAVE ME LAME EXCUSE!!!
I OFTENLY COME AND WHEN I COME THE LADY WITH HIJAB DO WELL VERY MUCH WELL!

Walked in today and they fit me in for eyebrow and nails, even though they were booked up, the manager Luxmix was very helpful squeezing me in and helping me choose a colour (sorry if I spelt the name wrong!) Elnaz did my nails in 15 mins which normally takes an hour! My nails look flawless and both staff were very friendly, will be back!
