Nails were good but absolutely horrible customer service, lady with the glasses was on her phone for most of the time and was very rude, gave me loads of attitude just for saying I can’t pay cash and I can only pay card. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!!!

Had a really negative experience here. Showed a photo of the exact nails (plain and square) and he said it was possible. He told me that i should correct them when doing the nails, but he continued doing what he wanted to do and ignored very simple requests. When I correct him, he got very frustrated and continued to do the same thing. I tried to correct him again (3rd time) and be even more specific (I just wanted softer edges) and again, he got very frustrated and refused. I felt uncomfortable in the end, which shouldn’t be the case when you’re paying £46 for a service.

I’ve been a few times and they never seem to disappoint, I’m usually clueless but they’re always very helpful in finding what I want. I highly recommend the young blonde girl who always details to perfection.

Couldn’t recommend enough this place enough :)

I wish I had something good to say. And if I could give a zero star review, I would. I went to this nail shop to get French tips and I came out with Spanish advice. They took off more than half the length of my nails, my nails were crooked and the person doing my nails downplayed the situation, saying “oh my god, calm down”, when I was just expressing dissatisfaction in a calm manner. I ended up getting a £5 discount after going back and forth with an exchange of words between the technicians, however, the amount I paid still does not reflect on the work that was done. Save your money, go somewhere else.

I booked to get a pedicure plus gel/shellac with Lin at M1 nails NQ and the price on the website stated £42 which was fine.
I got in there and the lady didn’t speak to she just cracked on with her AirPods in. She put 2 tips on my toes and did french, she never once mentioned there would be an extra cost for these I just assumed it was included as the website didn’t say ‘starting price’.
Once I got to the till i was advised it was £60 when I questioned why they advised because I had tips and £42 was the starting price :|
The shop was busy so I wasn’t going to cause a scene and also I had to get back to work I nipped out on my dinner.
I then messaged them on instagram and was told that I had a removal (I had nothing on my toes to remove), french, and tips and I was advised that Lin told me this which she didn’t!
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND M1 NAILS
TO ANYBODY! It’s a scam and then they lie. My toes had nothing on them and definitely not pink. If you go and you have a price in mind what you think they are going to be add another £20 on because they will rip you off and then lie. Absolutely disgusting charging £60 for a set of toes. No wonder they have a number of other shops, they are opening them using the extra money they charge you at your appointment

Awful experience. He was nice at the start but then as soon as I changed my mind to getting French tip he started shouting and talking to the other workers even though he hasn’t started painting my nails so I didn’t think it would be that inconvenient and I said that it was okay if that wouldn’t work but he changed his mood towards me. He was quite rude and just didn’t have a pleasant experience after that as I felt uncomfortable sitting there. I would hope they would show more kindness to people as I have been kind to them throughout the whole time
