Google Wow!! I visited on a weekend trip to Manchester and didn't get time to go to my usual nail tech at home and now I wish I could go see her every time I have my nails done!! I had a full set of acrylics removed, a new set of extensions and a design and it amazing!! The attention to detail is amazing, she's so gentle and I'm honestly blown away. Thank you for fitting me in 🫶🏻

Google Pics need changing as this plage is actually tiny and appointment only. Young girl was super rude to me, wouldn't try and book with them now. Would have been happy to come back if the service was better

Hi there,
Thank you for taking the time to leave ONE STAR — though we couldn’t find any record of your visit or appointment with us. Our salon has always been appointment-only, and this is clearly mentioned everywhere (Google, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.).
We also noticed that some unrelated photos from other salons somehow appeared on our Google page — we’re already fixing that with Google’s support, thank you for noticing!
Since you mentioned being treated “rudely,” we’re a bit puzzled, as we have no record of any service or communication with you. Perhaps there’s been a mix-up with another salon? Either way, hope you find the place you were actually trying to visit.

Google The nails they did on me were nice, but felt conned with the price.
I was expecting to pay £60 for intricate gels, and had even sent in the design I wanted. At no point between sending the design and arriving for my appointment did they tell me what the price for it would be. I was told this would be more like £80-£90 *after* I arrived. I was surprised, and was told the prices online are “from”, but this isn’t the case online (see attached). They still did a good job, but for anyone wanting their nails done at ACE, triple check with them and get a price locked in before arrival!
Had to massively simplify my design and left feeling deflated. They still did a good job with what they did paint nonetheless.

Hi, thanks for recognizing the quality our work but it’s always best to double check if you’re working with a specific budget.
Firstly, it’s important to read descriptions before booking. Each service on our booking website clearly includes the details, and the price is from 60 for gel design intricate item- we make sure this information is visible.
Secondly, we gave you the price before stating the service, not after. The original design you requested was very intricate and time-consuming. you wanted an exact replica of the reference image, but weren’t t willing to pay the price for that level of detail. In this case simplifying the design was the most reasonable solution.
It seems your issue was only about the price. We genuinely hope you can find another salon that meets all your expectations and the budget. Thanks for your 3 stars!
