Avoid avoid avoid worst nails in Bolton they fall off after 5 days, untrained nail techs with no certificates charging full price for poor quality nails ! poor customer service and they don’t answer the phone!! I want a refund!

IV had my nails done only a week ago and one snapped in half and the other top coat was peeling off as if they have been using out of date products IV been coming here for 5 years out of those 5 years IV only had two problems which is enough to go elsewhere in future

If I could give it 0 starts I would say yourself time and go to happy nails I came in for Briab in fill he said 30 I said ok he did such a horrible job it was bumpy thick and when I asked to change it he kept being frustrated ended up just paying and leaving even though I wasn’t happy the polish was messy bumpy and very unclean I just paid knowing I will never go back there even if it’s the last nail shop left on earth I was so set on getting my nails done I had to go and get them redone again at happy nails I SWEAR A 2 YEAR OLD CAN DO BETTER DO NOT GO THERE ITS SOO BAD I’m holding on not using stronger language but I was really mad. Even though a biab infill would have costed me 25£ at happy nails and I was mad having to go pay again to get them redone on the same day at happy nails but couldn’t be seen with those nails YUCK. Magic nails do better go back to school and perfect your art cause this is insane absolutely atrocious and ridiculous. I really shouldn’t have gone there with all the horrible reviews. Even the positive reviews the nails are still bad I promise you if you walk down abit further to happy nails you will get your money worth. If you go to photos the all light pink nails is what this trash nail salon did and the dark plain pink is how they fixed to at the lovely happy nails.

Would not recommend my nails are all uneven I asked for square and they are just not even close 2 of my nails are smudged and I asked for the corners to not be sharp and they are all very sharp. Not one nail matches and all different lengths. Not what you expect when you pay for a service

I walked in to this nail salon on bank holiday Monday needing biab infills and an extension on my thumb. No special patterns or accessories. What i got from the male technician in there was shocking. I'm only sorry I hadn't got my reading glasses with me. The nails on the Tuesday when I looked closely had all air bubbles in. The thumb I have no idea what shape that was but clearly he could not extend the nail shape and biab. The shape was horrendous as in the picture. My own nails were showing quite obviously and by Wednesday 2 days later my extended odd shaped thumb nail bent off. By Thursday my nails underneath where separated from the biab and by Saturday I had lost 3 nails. The colour was cheap looking and scuffed rapidly. I had to work all week with these awful handd with no opportunity to go in and i instantly understood that the no refund policy written on all the walls safeguards them from taking a loss....however who safeguards the customer. I am going in tomorrow to show them their work that my neighbours 12 Yr old could have done better with her Christmas present. Then going to a decent salon 5 star nails to get my hands sorted out. Just shocking letting incompetent people at clients. I will never walk in to a salon again I will wait until the one I know and trust is open.... 30 pound down and 3 nails lost. Absolutley fuming. Avoid this place as even if you are lucky and get a good set no doubt the next time you may not be.

The man doing my nails injured my hand twice, and the ombre he gave me was extremely uneven and it looked awful. My thumb nail was cut off for no reason. It all looks extremely unneat. I loved the red colour I chose, though. I don't recommend going here. Update- Its been a few days and the reviews were right, the acrylic does come off after a few days.

I have just get done my nails and charged £30 for French nails. The customer next to me was charged £25 even though she asked a more complicated one
I think they charge different prices according the customer.I wouldnt go there again.

Do not go here I went today and my nails are very chunky and they said they was dry, clearly not there smudged on some nails as seen in the photos.
