Hi Jamie, we’re disappointed to receive a 1-star review from somebody who did not actually receive a service at our salon.

To clarify, we opened over 4 years ago and have built our reputation through genuine client experiences and hundreds of positive reviews. Our salon was fully booked today, so unfortunately we were unable to accommodate any last-minute walk-in appointments regardless of hairstyle or gender.

Our only barber is currently on maternity leave and temporarily only seeing a limited number of existing regular clients. However, this would not have affected availability today. Our stylists are also happy to cut longer hairstyles for both boys and girls.

After reviewing our booking system, phone logs and CCTV, we could not find any record of a visit matching the experience described. We only received a phone enquiry asking whether we cut boys’ hair.

We completely understand disappointment when appointments are unavailable, especially at short notice, but leaving a damaging public review for a business you have not received a service from is unfair and misleading to future clients. If there has been any misunderstanding, we would welcome direct contact to discuss it further.
