Been here a couple times w/o appointment and have had a good service. Polite customer service and my nails were BIAB nails were the best I’ve ever had. (The colour selection was fab too - classics but also off beat/niche trend colours). Highly recommend

Horrible customer service. Went here a few days ago to get my nails done, the staff rushed me even though it was 2 hours till closing and even made my cuticles bleed. They didn’t look that good and only lasted a few days before they fell off along with parts of my real nail. It was extremely painful and I got contact dermatitis from it as i have sensitive skin. -100/10 The staff were really rude too.

The lady really really rude! Considering I paid £60, it’s a wonder why it’s hardly full with customers any more, they use to be a decent place, I started going elsewhere for a few years, but came here and my god was the lady rude, grabbing my hands and feet really hard, tutting at me all the time, took over 3and half hrs ! Telling me to stop moving like I was dancing around or something I was literally just sat there talking to my friend, I advised I may need acrylic on my toes, she said I wouldn’t (ok fair enough) but then to complain to me the paying customer that my toe nails are too short, making it harder for her lol (even without acrylic my other nail artist never had a problem or complaint).. all in all I’m pleased with the finish look on hands and feet, however I could of really done without the rudeness and tutting and man handling me! I tell you something though if I didn’t have to pay upfront before service then I would of told her what day it was and walked out of there, however I see why they ask for payment upfront with attitude like that, scared they will loose the money, well I’m not returning anyway, I’ll go to my normal one, good attitude, hard working, great atmosphere, love people and have a laugh! Unlike here.

They don't listen to what you ask for and just do whatever colour and pattern they want! Then charge a fortune for it. Gems came off after a day.
