I don’t know what it is with the lady owner but she is never polite or friendly with me either. I have been coming here for a couple of years and if it wasn’t for the fact she’s good at what she does, I would not be back. She is rude and can be aggressive. There is absolute need for this behaviour. She makes you feel like she’s doing you a favour. Customer service is virtually non-existent. I’m sure she must be losing clients due to her attitude. Her husband is professional and friendly but her, terrible!!!

I initially went to get the nails done, but the owners behaviour made me just do the removals. I don’t know why she was so angry and aggressive. No politeness or manners. I tried to be as nice as possible but nothing could please her. So unapproachable, made me nervous for no reason. I’m never going back. Starting to think it’s only Asians they misbehave with.

I got my nails done here today for the first time and he was amazing! I love them so much and he did exactly as I wanted my nails to be. I really recommend raise hands nails and I am going to come here EVERYTIME I need them done without fail. The service was amazing and he was really kind and nice.

I have been visiting Raise Your Hands since October 2021 and the service has always been great. Tina and the team are friendly and efficient. My mum now also uses them as she was jealous of how great my nails were!
