I asked for a mix between two different art pieces, and I admit I did sometimes ask for awkward to add details, but they did amazing to accommodate my requests and made my nails even better than what I expected!

I have been a customer here for quite some time, but I will not be returning. Nails are consistently uneven, with mismatched lengths and poorly done French tips. Requests to fix them are met with frustration. Many staff display unprofessional attitudes, and prices are increased/ made up on the spot resulting in overpaying for substandard work.

EDIT: Decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and revisited this “nail salon”, and the service I received was honestly disgusting. What followed was one of the most unprofessional and highly uncomfortable experiences I have ever had in a salon. Staff were openly arguing with me full on in the shop speaking down to me in front of other customers and showing absolutely no respect or basic customer service.

I asked for an acrylic overlay on my toes something they have done for me multiple times before with no issues and was abruptly told they ‘ can’t do that’ when I questioned this as they have quite literally done it for me on numerous occasions 🤣 I was made out to be a liar in front of everyone in the shop which was completely humiliating and unnecessary.

They were speaking about me in their own language right in front of my face which was incredibly rude and completely inappropriate in a customer facing environment.

My feet were handled so roughly it felt like I was being manhandled rather than receiving a professional treatment. The entire experience was a disgrace, ended up telling them to take the shambolic acrylic off my toes & left. AVOID ‼️
