Big cheers to Sue — what an absolute gem!

Here’s the scoop: my darling husband and I are in London celebrating our 27th wedding anniversary and having a grand time. On Saturday—our actual anniversary—we had a fabulous day planned: high tea, a romantic dinner, and a bit of touristy wandering.

Everything was going great until… cue the doomsday music… my flat iron decided to die on me right after I washed and blow-dried my hair. Frizz city. There was no way I was celebrating our big day looking like that.

That morning, there was a car show happening outside our hotel. I spotted a kind woman and asked if she knew of any nearby salons. Not only did she whip out her phone and Google options, she actually called for me. Reed’s of London was just around the corner, and Sue—my hair hero—had a client but said if I came right away, she’d fit me in. Cue the angel choir.

I walked over, she sat me down immediately, and worked her magic. In no time, my hair was silky smooth and I felt beautiful—exactly how a girl wants to feel on her anniversary.

Thank you, Sue. Cue the triumphant heroine music!

I booked a hair appointment (cut and blow dry) on Treatwell for the following day. All confirmed and paid for. I walked to the salon to find a it was closed. There was a sign inside saying ‘we’re away for appointments call XX’ - I called the number and the lady told me her boss should have phoned me to tell me but the salon is shut today due to no electric. She seemed frustrated her number had been left up in the window. Overall, not very happy to have not been informed and will not be returning.

I have a pixie cut. Used thinning scissors which always give me split ends, also felt roughly handled, not a good experience. I paid more because I expected more care and was disappointed. Wouldn't recommend for short styles.

My first visit for myself and my daughter .
Linda cut my layered shaggy hair style perfectly to how I wanted it and Linda cut and layered my daughters hair . Washing also gave a head massage which was relaxing . Then after drying Linda curled my daughters hair . We are both very happy with our visit and defiantly will be coming back .

Today I had a wash, cut and blow dry by Sunnah. I could not be happier with my results - she has done such an amazing job. With such great light and energy. Would definitely reccomend! 🌟

Centrally located hair saloon in London - just outside of Waterloo Station. It’s also reasonably priced while girls are quick and professional. I’ve had haircuts and colour done here multiple times. They also do Olaplex treatments. And a bonus - they offer the NHS staff a discount.
Overall, I highly recommend.

A real oasis of calm in Waterloo, the team are such a welcoming and friendly bunch. Had a fantastic haircut last week and their fees are very affordable. Highly recommend this place.

I've used this hairdressers a few times over the years and have always been happy with the results. My mum - who lives out of London and doesn't have much luck with hairdressers wanted to try somewhere new - so I booked her an appointment with Linda, senior hair stylist. My mum had an idea on what style she wanted and Linda was very patient, kind and diplomatic in diverting my mum to a style that was mote suitable for her hair texture and the shape of her face - all the time ensuring her that she would only cut it as short as she wanted it. Even blow drying to style before chopping more off! My mum is very pleased with the cut and style. Definitely be using again!

Horrid Service. Quality has gone dramatically downhill.

I am a long time customer but my most recent experience was absolutely dreadful and I will never be going back. Linda completely ruined my hair after a horrible colour and cut then had the audacity to back out of refunding or fixing after promising to correct the issue. Then the owner tried to blame me even after admitting fault in writing. So disappointing. Please steer clear!

If you ever have an issue with them, be prepared for it to be "your eyes" which are the problem and to stop "making a fuss" about it. They missed the memo about being in the service industry and keeping their clients safe

Got my hair cut here and it was a lovely experience! I am normally very hesitant to go to new hairdressers but Linda made me feel immediately at ease. The price was great and the cut was great. Linda was precise and shared product recommendations and advice. Would definitely recommend!!
