Google I had gone somewhere else they had ruined my nails. I came to Cici and they fixed it immediately. They were so polite and fair prices for central. I come here now for everything and they take very good care of their costumers.
Owner Response:
Thanks Rosha for your lovely review we greatly appreciated.

Google The owner is incredibly disrespectful and one of the rudest people I have ever met. The shop is dirty and poor quality, with terrible customer service; don’t even waste your money or time coming here
Owner Response:
Dear Anne, I’m really sorry you were disappointed. We always strive to accommodate all customers, but you arrived just before closing, and we were fully booked. Since you did not actually receive a service, we feel that your review may not accurately reflect our care or the quality we offer. If you’d like to discuss this further or give us another chance, we’d be happy to help. Thank you.

Google I recently moved to the area and decided to check Cici’s out. My first BIAB lasted 4 weeks and my nails were so long and strong after! So I got BIAB again today and love it. The staff are skilled and quick. Price is great too for central London - £43 for BIAB removal & redo (cash). Would 100% recommend.
Owner Response:
Thank you Hazel for your lovely review.

They managed to do the design exactly how I wanted and made sure I was satisfied with the final result. The team was friendly, the place had a nice vibe, and my nails turned out beautiful.
