They said my nail polish would last at least one week, but it came off completely within three days. This has never happened to me before. I came back from holiday and the first thing I did was go and ask why. Instead of making up for their mistake, they offered to redo it for an extra fee.

Google Unfortunately, the manicure service I received was well below expectations, and your customer service was equally disappointing. I have provided my appoitment details via email. As I mentioed my booking was under Harleen Tahkar and I came with 2friends on Tuesday at 4.30pm. -
Very disappointing service. I had a gel manicure done on 2 December and travelled the next day. One nail chipped within 2 days, then my thumbnail chipped the day after, and within a week almost all nails were chipped , completely unacceptable for gel polish.
When I returned and raised this, the staff showed no concern, the manager refused any reimbursement and wouldn’t even remove the remaining polish. No apology, no solution. Really poor customer service and I wouldn’t recommend.

Hi, the team assisted you in a polite and friendly manner throughout the interaction. However:
(1) You provided incorrect treatment type, date and time of your initial appointment. We cannot verify you attended on CCTV either.
(2) The person you said booked the treatment on your behalf also did not have treatments that lined up with what you have on your nails. You’ve requested a refund for something paid in salon by someone else in addition to not having the treatment at the salon.
(3) When nails chip within a few days, customers usually contact us immediately with pictures, however you’ve come in 11 days (for a gel manicure) after a holiday with no evidence and irregularities with the details of your initial treatment.
(4) You have posted a negative review alongside another person with the same surname who unlikely completed any treatments.
As a result, there are no solutions for this and more likely fraud.
