Needed a quick gel and they were able to accommodate me last minute- did a great job! I have very short nails but the nail tech was professional and did a great job! I will definitely be going back!

Gel polish chipping and breaking off 1 day after application. Gel leaking off nail bed, just looked a bit messy. Was told not to get acrylic (even though requested) as my nails were ‘strong enough.’

The worst nail experience. I never write reviews but I had to with this place . Do not go if you want nail art . I went in with a clear picture of what I wanted but didn’t get it. They are very argumentative, rude and made me feel so uncomfortable. They need to learn people skills . I am a nail tech myself but do not have my kit with me as I’m travelling in London but I would never talk to a customer the way they spoke to me. The person clearly didn’t know what they were doing otherwise you just make it work or alter it for the customer , not argue about it and make a customer feel guilty for your wrong doings. In the end I gave up , paid and left . Never again.

Mimi is beyond talented! I’ve had the best nails & design I’ve had in ages, top spot in London. Honestly, I couldn’t recommend her enough - perfect cuticle and nail base clean, quality products, my nails lasted 2 weeks with few chips but I constantly did things with my hands (I was in the sea a lot).

Had a BIAB manicure on Saturday at about 4pm and on Tuesday my nail broke. They barely used any Builder gel. I asked the nail tech to put another coat on and actually build up my nail. As my nails are quite thin. I need the BIAB so they don't break. But he insisted this barely there coat was enough. I paid £70 for a full application and I will have to go somewhere else to get it fixed because they couldn't squeeze me in before my holiday.

Very disappointed. I have a regular nail tech in Marylebone that does a fantastic job. But I was hoping to find a place closer to my house. Unfortunately. I won't be coming back.

Needed a quick biab fix due to broken nail. Booked in at last minute which was great. However was not fixed with biab and instead just a polish. Nail did not match remainder of set as not biab and extension for break bending upwards.

Amazing experience! I had a bad manicure elsewhere and needed it fixed quickly. I booked last minute, then stopped by early, and Lucy kindly took me right away. She removed the old polish gently without damaging my nails. The salon was spotless, stylish, and professional. Their color selection was impressive, and Lucy immediately understood the shade I wanted. I felt well cared for and would definitely return!
