J'ai envoyé un mail un mois avant pour réserver un massage et un créneau pour le sauna/hammam : il m'a été indiqué qu'il n'y avait plus de créneaux de massage mais qu'il prenait en compte ma réservation pour sauna / hammam (il a fallu 4 mails pour obtenir ce résultat....)
Une fois sur place, il nous a été indiqué que le sauna/hammam était en dérangement pour la journée. Après plusieurs minutes de questionnements, il nous a enfin été indiqué que c'était en réalité en travaux depuis plusieurs jours pour une circonstance urgente (vu la tête des travaux, ils étaient plutôt en train de tout refaire). Bien évidemment aucune communication alors qu'ils avaient mon mail....
Et au final, ils avaient des créneaux de massage.
Bref totale incompétence dans la communication et un bon foutage de gueule....

I came here for a body scrub and massage and absolutely loved it! Faith was amazing! She gave me time to shower in between treatments and tailored to make sure I was super comfortable. I would come back just for her! The spa amenities after though, sauna and steam room were full. The changing area only had one private room and since I had just come for massage and was still in my robe I was not dressed to change in public. It was also in the pool area which meant the room was very wet. Those facilities could be better. Other than that, look for Faith for your next treatment!

Such a nice experience at Mandara Spa — super classy but still really relaxing. Victoria was amazing and made me feel so comfortable, and the massage was unreal. Left feeling calm, relaxed, and refreshed❤️Would definitely recommend

Great Spa offering various treatments. Staff was friendly and attentive. The waiting room has a great selection of healthy snacks, naturally flavoured water and teas. You can also use the pool and sauna area if you are having a treatment for free. If you are staying in the hotel it makes sense to go and pamper yourself and a partner.

Honestly, what a wonderful experience! The place is very calm and relaxing. The service is very friendly and professional, and the masseuse Victoria is amazing! Lovely staff but spa facilities need a bit of a polish and refresh. Very unpleasant sewage-like smell coming from the women’s showers, slow flush system in the women’s toilets, and dark pool. Massage service was fine - not the best I’ve had but not worth the money - felt too light even though it was a deep tissue massage. Better off going to a boutique spa that is less central.

The spa at Park Plaza Westminster was peaceful during my visit. I had a massage from Jan, and it was absolutely amazing—a perfect way to begin my birthday. It was truly a 5-star experience.

A poor excuse for a spa. Often overcrowded with screaming children running around. When trying to workout in the gym parents were letting their children run around and underneath me as I was lifting weights. There’s only a small pool and sauna in the general area used by everyone.

I have been part of a group of eight friends today and enjoyed every minute of it, lovely and relaxing environment, everything we needed to make our time special at Mandara Spa. Big thank you to Simona Georgiana that has offered support, attention and organised our time to exquisite, we will definitely come back.
