Today was my first visit to this studio. Right from the entrance, I felt pleasant emotions, stylish space, perfect cleanliness🥰 They offered me coffee and tea. The girls are all very friendly. The manicure chair was incredibly comfortable, which was a blessing for someone with a bad back like me. The technician did a perfect manicure. I am very happy that there is such a wonderful place near my home.

I popped in today to remove and replace my gel manicure. I think the cold weather destroyed my nails. They were a mess! My nail tech took such good care of my nails, my hands and of me. My nails look gorgeous. I left feeling relaxed and no longer needing to hide my hands while on holiday. Thank you!

SHELLAC SPA MANICURE: I asked for a square shape, but the nails are uneven and not square (see thumb photo). The cuticles took a long time and still aren’t neat — it doesn’t look like a manicure was done (see finger photo).
When pushing back the cuticles, the nail tech used her own nail instead of a tool, which felt unhygienic and unnecessary. She pushed the skin back too far, leaving a lifted area that is now sore. Other nail techs were wearing gloves, but this one wasn’t. When cutting the cuticles, the nail tech was pulling at the skin with the scissors rather than cleanly cutting it, which was uncomfortable and felt careless. This increased my concern about injury and infection.
At the end, there was a visible blob of gel on one nail that wasn’t checked before lotion was applied. I had to point it out myself. While it was cleaned on top, there is still product left under the nail.
The nail tech did not tie her hair back and had visible dandruff, she was getting polish on her hair while working. She was also wearing a face mask incorrectly and leaning so close that I could feel her breath on my fingers.
The “spa manicure” finished with body lotion rather than proper hand cream, and the hand massage was dry, rushed and uncomfortable.
Overall, the polish itself looks shiny, but I’m not satisfied. For a manicure, I’d expect the basics — shape, cuticles, hygiene, and professionalism — to be much better. It felt like I was paying for the London location rather than skill.

The staff were very nice and music was great but the lady was not able to do a 3D flower and did not inform me before doing my nails so when she did them I was shocked at how poor it was I had to ask the to remove it and then I was charged 85 pounds and they lasted me 3 days she started the acrylic to far from my cuticle so they looked overgrown as soon as I got them done they also looked absolutely nothing like the picture I had

I had an amazing experience at The Nail Garden Leicester Square! The staff is incredibly professional and friendly. The salon is clean, modern, and has a relaxing atmosphere.
