Got my hair braided here, and gave it the benefit of the doubt besides how dirty and messy the place was. The woman braiding my hair was eating, spitting, and taking random long breaks while doing my hair. A 3 hour job then took 7 hours, although i told her that i live far and asked if i could leave early. I booked for 1pm, came on time and had to wait an extra hour before she actually decided to start my hair. She did not even do the hairstyle I wanted, instead insisted that i bought the wrong hair and that i should by it from her. The worst experience i’ve ever hair getting my hair done.

The worst ever dirtiest filthiest nail salon I have ever been to.
All the nail counters equipment were very very dusty and dirty.
Looked like the place hasn't been cleaned in years and years.
Went there to get my BIAB Polish taken off and the lady taking off the polish did a really shoddy job.
Staff were very unkempt too.
The area to wash your hands and the toilet were so filthy.
I would not even give it 1 star. Please avoid this place at all cost.

I had to get a manicure and pedicure done .
First of all they don't speak English and when you ask them to do it gently they talk about you to their colelgues which is rude.
The manicure I had done need up on my nails, I have never had this done before but the skin on the tip of my finger was cut, never again will I go here.
Very unhygienic and a rip off in price.

Giving 2 stars as the man who did my nails was very nice. This is the dirtiest, most unhygienic nail salon I've ever been to but was desperate for an event. Was in there for hours as they attempted having a conveyor belt of nail techs rotating between customers. But my biggest gripe is honestly with how genuinely dirty the equipment and work stations are. I noticed a women didn't even clean the spa pedicure between customers.

Nightmare experience. Went in to get gel acrylic nails. The place was empty no customers. It looked appalling there was damp on walls, equipment dirty not sanitised.
The manager was talking badly about me in her language and was rushing my nails even though there was only one person waiting & did my nails crooked with an uneven spread of the gel, some fingers were very bumpy and thick whilst others had barely any gel on them. She refused to fix them.
She also had to redo one of my nails because it was awful and she nearly cut my finger off with a nail cutter. She then made me soak my finger in nail polish remover and after I was done I saw her pour the used solution back into to the bottle for other customers to use 🤮.
She kept stopping around 7 times in between because men were coming in with bags of items they stole (probably from a nearby Boots or Superdrug’s, I even heard another member of staff telling them to hide their bags in case security came looking). She was buying things off them whilst doing my nails, a lot of the time she wouldn’t look at my nails whilst doing them.
Also I told her to push my cuticles back but instead she cut them with a scissor which was not sanitised and cut my fingers several times and made them bleed. She also filed the skin off my pinky as she was very harsh.
She also left gel all over my fingers and made a huge mess as if a toddler had done it.
I was worried I had caught an infectious disease and I’m surprised this place hasn’t been shut down. AVOID!!!

I used the hairdressing service provided in this salon. I was seen an hour after my appointment time even though l arrived 30mins before. Ada did my hair. I was quite pleased with the end result. I purchased the wrong hair but Ada made good use of it. The back of the store is absolutely filthy (why it's on view to the general public is beyond me) if Ada hadn't been recommended by a person l trust l would have walked right out after going in. The loo had no toilet roll, soap or hands drying provision.

This shop is terrible bad service the owner is rude and very very very disrespectful she has no manners she is very much racist she did not allow me or my friends as we are black and had a strong mind however she allowed an Asian to do her nails as soon as she walked in I hope this shop closes down I will never go back here again I advise you not to come here if you do not want to be disrespected
