I had an amazing experience today with Kevin! He took great care with my nails, and the burgundy red colour he painted is so neat and beautifully done. His precision and gentle approach really stood out. Highly recommend - he’s top class!

100/100 minus nothing. Martin ate and left NO crumbs. He did his thing and I’m so thrilled I’m Valentines Day ready and this is the second time in my 29 years of living that I’m obsessed with my nails and trust me I’m hard to please. Thank you♥️♥️

Walked in to enquire about having my nails done, guy at the front told me i need to wait, i asked how long as there were 3 people working and 3 people in front of me. I asked if 1hr or 3hrs and if my place in the queue could be kept if I came back. He sighed and did an eye roller with “I don’t know”. Seriously what kind of customer service is this?
I left never to come back.
