How is it possible to come first and all the chairs to be empty and to have to Wait longer then everyone
He start my nails and as client came he kept leaving me to Wait 20/40 min for the next step 3 different clients that came after me left before me and I was constantly ignored
Not recommended they are rude and also they didn’t do the design I wanted because they didn’t know how which is very unprofessional and as a matter of fact I wanted a simple French glass and that’s it

Absolutely terrible experience. I called at 2:20pm and was told to come in 30 minutes. I arrived as instructed, only to be told to come back again in another 30 minutes. I came back a second time, and yet again was told to leave and return later.

To make it worse, the second time I walked in, I was completely ignored—no greeting, no explanation, nothing. Just stood there like I didn’t exist.

By the time all of this happened, it was already 4pm. Nearly 2 hours of my time wasted with zero service. This is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. If you’re too busy, be honest instead of repeatedly sending customers away and ignoring them when they show up.

Would not recommend at all.

Tried our Henry Nails for the first time! He is very attentive to detail, and will absolutely do the nails to perfection and if not, will redo even the smallest dot. All three of the staff there are great! Ill be back for sure

the lady there did not know how to put a flower she did multiple times but she could not and when the guy came he was so rude when I asked him to do a different colour he was like I will remove everything and just come they don't know customer service
