Was asked to pay £35 up front, which I found unusual to be honest, now I realise it's because they are literally the worst nail techs and don't want to risk you walking out without paying!
It's clean enough, but there is no bathroom facilities for public, ( I saw them go in there though) no offer to wash your hands or any hand cream at the end, again I found this most unusual
My nails are all different lengths, shapes and sizes, The lady is terrible. The mans work did look better. My friends thought I'd done my nails at home, myself, with my own stuff. I have never had nails this bad, I've got sore.cuticles with little cuts and she didn't even do my cuticles!
Avoid at all costs. Only went there because my nail tech is in Dubai
My friends are telling me to go back and demand they do them again, but judging by the other reviews, it's not going to get any better than this. So I'm taking this one on the chin and I'm going to be as loyal to my nail tech, as men are to their barbers!
The photo of the coloured nails are the ones I got done in D&L Nails, Black French tip is the re-do by my usual nail tech, as you can see for yourself, you can see why people thought I did my nails myself in the first photo 😆

would honestly give ZERO stars if i could This was one of the most unprofessional and unpleasant nail appointments I’ve ever had. I clearly asked for a nude base and was given a dark pink instead. I asked for square nails and walked out with a sloppy, slightly coffin shape. On top of that, the nails were paper-thin and brittle, completely unacceptable quality.They flooded my cuticles acrylic was on my skin the nails were wonky didn’t listen to anything I said, and still had the nerve to act like I was the problem. When I pointed out that the nails were not what I asked for and requested a refund, I was forced to sit there for 10–15 minutes arguing while they claimed I wasted their time meanwhile, they wasted mine and didn’t deliver what I paid for The worst part was the man shouting at me, being aggressive and incredibly rude instead of handling the situation professionally. If they couldn’t do what I asked for, they should have said so instead of doing whatever they wanted and then yelling at the customer Zero accountability, zero customer service, and honestly shocking behavior. The same thing happened to a young girl before me he was screaming at her infront of her mother and started mocking her infront of me and another client when they left Save your money, save your time, and go literally anywhere else DISGUSTING.

The owner was extremely rude when I asked to change my darker-than-expected nail colour. He said he was too busy and it would cost £15. He was even scrolling on TikTok while I was asking.
It’s only been 10mins and it looks like my nails have grown out
