Really lovely shop, nice and clean inside. Everytime I get my nails done here I always love them and feel happy.

I went yesterday after a long time, and got my nails done after ages. I wasn’t happy and they could sense this and they didn’t let me leave till they done my nails how I wanted and I was happy. This made me feel really pleased with my visit there.

Very lovely staff and I highly recommend them 😊

The worst staff…they make me wait for 1.5 hour and then they said it’s time to close and if we can do is quickly done with one color but I wanted ombre. They would ask me before what I was there for…

Terrible nails!
They literally soaked my hands in a bowl of acetone in stead of using cotton balls and foil. (Also the bowl was a metal dog bowl)
The woman filed one of my nails way too short because she was busy talking and got distracted.
She repeatedly got cotton ball fluff attached to them and said “I’ll sort at end” rudely when I pointed it out (obviously this then left streaks and bumps in the gel varnish).
She also just did a bad job, painted my skin on my little finger & around my thumb.
Left them jagged and uneven. Genuinely I could’ve done better myself.
The man next to me looked like he was good (and a friend recommended him) but the women in the shop are terrible!
Had to go home and file my nails and hopefully they grow back enough for someone to fix next week :(

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS
I had got my nails done last Wednesday and it was so filthy and dirty, once I got home from getting my nails done it snapped off and half of my natural nail ripped off and now has ruined my nails. RIP OFF
